'Do not book stay here. This place is so unprofessional. They didn’t have towels. There was no pillow cases on the pillows. I got lock out my room. There is no pool or breakfast. The fool u this pictures. The bathroom look like it was falling apart. Mold on shower curtain. Dead mice on traps. Just horrible this place need to be shut down'

'Clean & spacious room. Nice amenities. Overall a pleasant stay minus one situation. Unfortunately another hotel guest stole our Uber Eats order from our hotel door which was disappointing to say the least. First of all, who does that?!? Hotel staff thought it might’ve been one of the several teenagers staying there that weekend. The staff couldn’t do much except give us a breakfast voucher. Security cameras around the building & floors would’ve helped minimize this issue.'

'Great spot with great staff! Came into town for a baseball game and loved the location of the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and had a good view of the city. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Dakoda was amazing and not only checked us in a little early but enthusiastically told me about the neighborhood and gave recommendations on sightseeing. 'Everything was great!'

'Disappointed the gueat has to pay a parking fee when there is ample parking and the hotel is not in a city. They should just allow hotel guests to use a hang card vs pay 6 dollars a day. The AC in the room was great, but the hallways and other common area was very warm.'

'This lovely boutique hotel in Baltimore was an absolutely delight to stay at! Staff were so nice, lovely perfume spray when you walk; the decor was so adorable; the bed and room were wonderful and onsite amenities, coffee bar and rooftop bar and restaurant were superb! I wish it had been a little closer to inner harbor but all in all five stars!!'

'The bathroom was too small. There was no soap, shampoo or conditioner at the sink as well as no body lotion. The staff was great. They were sweet and made us feel welcomed.'

'The airport shuttle is a good idea its just hard to get in touch with hotel if the flight gets delayed so the shuttle becomes meaningless, breakfast was not bad pretty standard.'
