« Only Four elevators for the main building and one was out of service our entire stay.
This was when the hotel was near capacity.
Plus, one of their boilers was out so there was no hot water at 8am.
Plus, our TV was out (they did rectify that problem within 1/2 hour).
No safe in the room, and the safe in our traveling companions room was broken.
The front end staff was helpful and excellent in helping book shows.
Overall, not impressed and a little sad. »

« The entire facility was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, everything was delicious. The staff we encountered were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. This is our choice from now on when we visit Branson! »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »
