'Clean room, polite staff, centrally located. Quiet and the beds are so comfortable. General Manager (Brian) made what has been a difficult time for our family less difficult when we had to unexpectedly extend our stay. This is a hidden gem and will be our go-to when we come back in from out of town.'

'Had no trouble finding a good parking space the times I left and came back to the hotel. My room was very clean and welcoming. The bed was comfortable but not firm enough for me. But it was comfortable. The entire staff was excellent. From the checking in receptionist, housekeeper staff person, food service person, to the checking out receptionist. My overall experience was great. I would definitely stay again. 5 STAR all day. '

'The front desk staff was very attentive. The housekeeping staff was asked to replace the towels we put outside our room with clean towels and they only took the dirty towels. The housekeeper I spoke to was not very responsive to me, just half nodded and walked away. When we arrived back at 9:00 pm we had to go back to the front desk for clean towels. We also had to ask for a blanket for the fold out sofa as only sheets were provided. '

'I don’t think this room has ever seen a mop. The bathroom reeked of stale urine and the floors were sticky with, you guessed it, stale urine. '

'Room was very nasty, yellow stained sheets, blood on the bed and wall, bugs crawling, bathtub obviously used. Do not waste your money. We asked for a new room or for this one to be cleaned we were told to leave. No refund or anything. '
