« Wonderful room and very clean »

« Room was dirty. There was shredded cheese on the counter and floor. Linens were old. We went to TJ Max and bought sheets/pillows and blanket. It's an old Motel 6 type motel that's been painted and the paint didn't even match and they didn't even patch the old nail holes. »

« I didn't like the fact that the first floor door rattled when anyone came out of their room. I had to put a rolled towel under the door and prop a chair against it to keep it from rattling. I didn't get to sleep until after 10:30PM »

« The shower head leaked extremely bad and sprayed all over the floor. The breakfast was very limited and left alot to be desired. Its a smoke free building and our room smelled like a poker game from cigarette smoke and staff just sprayed air freshener. There were baseball tournaments in town, so we had teenage boys running up and down the halls unsupervised until late. Overall the hotel looks nice, but its a budget version of a regular nice hotel. »

« The pool was out of service, setting the tone for a disappointing stay from the outset. Later that evening, at approximately 9:30 PM, my key card inexplicably deactivated. When I went to the front desk to have it reissued, I encountered another guest experiencing the exact same issue. The front desk attendant assisted him but then walked away without acknowledging me, despite clearly seeing that I was next in line. I was left waiting an additional 20 minutes simply to regain access to my room...
