« Breakfast was good - Room was Clean - kids enjoyed the pool. Only issue we had was the hotel charging my CC at 10am the morning of the reservation (before we arrived) - when Expedia and the hotel reservation clearly marked total "due at property". Also there was an "unlisted" $25/night incidentals charge (that was removed on checkout) in case they have issues. Both of these should be better stated. »

« The room was spacious and clean. Lots of space. The pillows were not good and flattened quickly. The television was hard to hear, even when it was turned up all the way. The staff was polite and very helpful and the breakfast was great. »
