'The room itself was somewhat decent despite the dirty doors the stained mattress and the broken doorknob. The property looked like something in a back city street. Cigarette buts rusty elevator dirty pool no one was at. Garbage everywhere just awful. The property should get a -1 and room a 2. Notified manager Sherri and she said too bad.'

'Ocean Sands is my favorite place to relax and enjoy family time. The room was spotless, spacious and quiet. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed the dolphins playing in the ocean. The Neptune Festival was amazing with SEVERAL vendors with excellent deals. All of the staff were pleasant and very helpful. See you at Thanksgiving!'

'Excellent location! Best restaurant in VAB is right across the street and so is the boardwalk. The quieter end of the beach but so close to many great restaurants and the marina.'
