Alpine House: 3 Bed, 2 bath - wonderful 'in Ouray' location

The perfect rental home while in Ouray. Jeep or hike or swim in the hot springs, then walk to restaurants, grocery store, shops, bars, and waterfalls from this 3 bedroom home. Sleeps 7, queen, queen, double, and a twin. Wait until you see my large, well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable living/kitchen/dining area, nice fenced yard with table and chairs for dining outside under the Aspen trees, covered deck off the master bedroom, laundry room, non-barking dog OK with additional deposit, barbecue. Plenty of parking on the street as our house is on a corner. Owner is a licensed Realtor in the state of Colorado.

Cozy and close to everything!

Alpine House was a perfect comfy base camp near downtown Ouray, Jeep trails, kayaking at Ridgway, & Telluride time. The fenced yard was ideal for our pup and visiting friends with kids. Laundry was handy and outdoor seating was used as much as indoor! Alice was a fantastic host and easy to reach when needed.

Great location

This was a fantastic house to stay at. I have zero complaints. It was properly stocked. We stayed a week and never ran out of supplies. It was clean and comfortable. One of its best features is walking distance to Main Street. We will absolutely be remembering this place for future visits.

We had the best time staying here while in Ouray with our family. The house had everything we needed and was super clean. Loved the yard for the dogs! So close to all the shops and restaurants. Super close to the Perimeter Trail hike around Ouray. Alice was great to communicate with. We highly recommend this place if you’re coming to Ouray!

Alpine Escape

The "Alpine House" was an incredible stay for our family of 6 and small dog. The location was perfect for walking the town and a base camp for countless mountain activities. Perfect location, and just the right size for our family. The kitchen was very well equipped - it was so nice not to have to go buy all the little things you sometimes don’t have at a Vrbo. We enjoyed the games and puzzles and had a wonderful time!
