'Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Shower curtain was not long enough and water leaked a lot out of shower. Pool is not heated and there was no pool towels for a very long time. Parking lot is very far, didn't like that we had to go a ways to be able to park at underground parking or nearby parking garage when staying at south tower. '

'This Tru by Hilton, as all Tru Hotels we have stayed at, is excellent. This stay however I accidentally booked an accessible room. Room location was on the first floor and very close to everything. It was quite noisy. I usually request and receive a room on an upper floor. '
