« I’ve never written a review for a hotel, but by chance someone is saved from being fooled by the 200+ positive reviews that HAVE to have been bought, here it is. This property is disgustingly dirty and atrociously dilapidated. The pictures you see on the listing are absolutely NOT accurate. The halls are filthy, doors with chips and dents all over. Carpet had holes and there are holes in the walls of the hallway. Paint is peeling everywhere. Our room had two large brown stains from a leak...

« Be warned, this property is falsely ranked as a 10 and is an Expedia recommendation but the hotel is horribly maintained and disgusting. Had we not arrived at 2am we would not have stayed. Lobby has water leaks in sealing and no elevator, Our room had cigarette burns and tears in the bedding, stains on all the pillows, lamp shades were busted, mold in the shower, bathroom was torn up like an animal was left inside, sink had not stopper and water pressure/fossette was so bad it sprayed...

« Located within an historical property with modern conveniences in an excellent location with a beautiful view of the river. Excellent AC'd space and a comfortable bed aided sleep and rest. Parking space was a plus and fit her Jeep Renegade. Very convenient to conference at the Marriott down the hill. »

« The room was very clean and quiet. I had no issues with the building. I did not feel the area was really very safe for walking to some of the nearby breweries and restaurants. However, it was not a big deal for me to drive to those places. »
