'Clean, affordable, close to restaurants and shops'

'We have stayed in several locations around Knoxville while visiting UT Medical. Old City is our favorite, and this loft was clean, comfortable, fun, and steps away from unique dining destinations and a short walk to Market Square. We had delicious dinner at Fiori, and for breakfast we did the short drive to Kern Food Hall and ate at Eggspectation. Definitely recommend a trip to Kern Food Hall. Check in/out was easy, & the host was very patient and helpful when we had a booking glitch on our end....

'After a LONG night of airport travel delays and gate changes that ran into morning, coming to this warm and welcoming home was such a restful delight. I own a recreational / competitive gymnastics team in California. We came to Knoxville for the AAU National Gymnastics Championships. Simply stated we are here for work but wanted to take a little extra time to enjoy the Knoxville area. 'This loft is perfect for a stay in Knoxville. Great location, close to may restaurants, bars, etc. Also very walkable to UTK. The loft has everything you need, including parking (included) just a short block away. The unit is very quiet and clean. It has large windows and a great view of the sunrise making it very light and open inside. Beds are comfortable and bathroom good size and clean. Communication was top notch. A very enjoyable stay that I would recommend to others.'

'Amazing space in a great location. The condo is immaculate and the communication from the host was spot on. The only knock would be that it tends to get a bit noisy from the train that runs behind the unit.'

'Although the room was comfortable and clean, the exterior of the property was filthy. The entrance way, stairwell, and parking lot were full of trash.There were many lock boxes attached near the doorway making it difficult to determine which one had the key we needed. It took several tries to get the correct lock box open and obtain our key to the building'

'Clean, well-appointed, well-maintained, comfortable. Good central location--seems like nothing was more than 15 minutes away. Check-in and out were easy and communication was great.Family of three spent a week here while visiting family. Our 12-yr old was comfortable on the fold-out.The couple of issues (absolutely not under the owners' control) were addressed quickly and appropriately.We would absolutely stay here again.'
