'Very clean and basic. It's an easy 2km walk into town along the beach. Good kitchen and shower was great. Cons : Unfortunately there's no air conditioning in the bedrooms (small portable fan though). Even with the windows open and it only being 24C it was stuffy and we didn't have a great sleep. If it was hot weather, it would be unbearable. Towels were really thin Toilet seat kept falling down A coffee machine would be a nice addition. It really wasn't value for money. Wouldn't stay...

The communication was prompt, smooth and easy, the room beyond expectations with all the amenities you could wish for and the sun filled room with Lorne beach views provided a an excellent seaside experience. We would definitely book again and have already recommended it to friends. '

'Room stank on entry, like it had been flooded, a mouldy smell. You could only ventilate the room by leaving the front door or garage door open, free for all to walk in. The toilet rim was dirty. The shower was mouldy. You bang your head every time you use the "kitchen" sink. Furniture and cabinetry was cheap. Only one knife fork and spoon per guest, 3 sachets of washing up liquid meant we had to wash up in plain water. The wifi was appalling. Dust on all the skirting boards. The lounge was so...
