After making the reservation I called the property DIRECTLY and asked them to note that we will be traveling with my fiances service dog. He tried to charge us a pet fee upon check in and the next morning we were asked to leave the morning dining room even after informing the attendant that she is a mobility assistance dog and informing him out my fiances's ADA protected rights. He threatened to get the manager then DID NOTHING! Didn't get he mananger didnt research the law, and DIDN'T APOLOGIZE. Traveling for a funeral this was NOT a acceptable way to start the day. Next time I will choose another hotel chain. Quality inn apparently doesnt educate their staff. I would say i understand but, not every service dog is fake.
