Tenuta Mastro Francesco is a space of total relaxation and elegance, which guarantees peace and serenity thanks to absolute privacy.
We are in the Apulian countryside, in the Itria Valley, and you can stroll peacefully in the immense private garden of centuries-old olive trees. When you come out of the trullo just 8 km away you will find the center of Ostuni, full of attractions such as restaurants and shops, and 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches and the sea. You can also admire Polignano a Mare just 40 km away.
Also a few kilometers from the property is Monopoli, a place of discovery of the FIRST CORAL REEF IN ITALY.

The location consists of two houses, a TRULLO and a LAMIA, of about 80 square meters each, both with AIR CONDITIONING, independent entrance; 4 bedrooms with 8 beds + 1 (addition of 1/2 bed for a small supplement), 3 bathrooms and a kitchen. In the VERANDA there is comfortable dining area with equipped with a wood-burning oven and barbecue.

At our facility you will have an ASSISTANT who, in your language, will take care of the reception, the presentation of the facility and services and your assistance throughout your stay. In particular, you can contact him for information on beaches, itineraries, things to see, restaurants and any problem in general.

• Both houses have AIR CONDITIONING to keep the rooms cool in summer and underfloor heating for an ideal temperature even in winter.

• We also accept DOGS (with house rules and supplement) that will be able to play in the large garden with your CHILDREN.

• The trullo has a wonderful central POOL of 12 × 6 meters equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, hammock and Hi-Fi audio system.


Our holiday home in Puglia consists of:

- A first house, the TRULLO, about 80 square meters, with two bedrooms, a bathroom with a large shower, a living room with an adjoining kitchen complete with every comfort.
Equipped with AIR CONDITIONING to keep the rooms cool during the summer and underfloor heating for a perfect temperature even in winter.
Ideal for 4 people.

- The second house, the LAMIA, consists of two bedrooms (one double with a romantic canopy bed, one with single beds) both with private bathroom, in addition to the living area and kitchen. The lamia is perfect for hosting a family or two couples. It is equipped with AIR CONDITIONING.


Other EQUIPMENT of the villa:
Parking, Two covered parking spaces, alarm system, LED TV in the room, Sky decoder (without card), WI-FI internet, fenced garden, swimming pool, sheets and towels, final cleaning, washing machine, dishwasher, underfloor heating.
Any lack of objects can only be due to their breakage. We will take care to replace them as quickly as possible.

• Possibility to hire a paid cook and to take advantage of daily cleaning (with a small extra).

• Thorough cleaning of the entire facility after each check-out

• For stays longer than 7 nights, linen is changed every week (excluding cleaning of the facility).

* The reservation includes the entire estate (trullo + lamia) and it is not possible to reserve the accommodations separately.
