A spectacular property! Beautiful accommodations, good food and extremely nice staff! All around a fabulous stay!

A wonderful property in an old Palazzo. Very nicely decorated. Friendly staff. However, they did not explain well enough, how the spa are and that we need a three hour notice before we can use it and that the steam room in the room was not working, a room was quite small for a hotel of the stature

We loved everything about Paragon 700, the design, the staff, easy walk to the restaurants. Thanks Marco and all the staff for making our stay memorable ❤️ A big shout out for Vishnu doing an excellent job👍

Absolutely beautiful property. So tastefully decorated. Everything is impeccable. Historical building in the heart of Ostuni. Staff is so friendly and always available to help in any way.

Amazing hotel! Loved!!
This hotel was absolutely gorgeous. Had the feel of Ostuni but totally modern . Loved everything about this hotel. The owner clearly put a lot of love into the design . The staff was amazing. The location was perfect. Parking was available at the hotel. Breakfast included . Also had a great spa. You could walk into the heart of town for meals after day of sightseeing . Ostuni is beautiful and centrally located for day trips in Puglia.

could be a good hotel
If you like price tickets and signs on everything in the hotel and room whilst experiencing aloof but lazy staff then this is the hotel for you. Perhaps if owners/managers got over their self importance, they could possibly run a reasonable hotel given the building and location.

Dear Mr. Raymond, We are sorry to hear that your stay at Paragon 700 hasn’t met your expectation. Sadly we do have clients who are discussing some of the consumption they had during their stay at check out. In order to avoid these “interferences” we are forced to ask to sign every consumption which is very common in most Hotels Worldwide. Regarding my staff, I do not agree, our team is doing it's very best to satisfy every guest, there can be moments where one is less available while serving other clients. Taking the 99 % positive satisfaction rate in our guestbook in account, I also disagree on your personal criticize on me and my partner. I think we just haven't been the right place for YOU. I hope you will come back to Puglia and experience a place which will satisfy your expectation. Stay safe. Ulrike B. (owner)
