The magnificent Masseria Mandorli has been restored to highest standards using contemporary designs whilst still retaining many of its original features. Relaxing in the sumptuousness of the large lounge it is not hard to imagine yourself basking in its past grandeur with it high stone ceilings and tasteful furnishings. The five main bedrooms, all of which have full en suite facilities, have an inviting calmness in which to relax with large windows with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The sixth bedroom is on the lower level bedroom and sleeps four on two pairs of full size bunk beds.

Master Bedroom:
Your comfort is assured in this beautifully appointed bedroom with its stunning floor to ceiling window (with electric blinds) overlooking the Puglian olive groves all the way down to the coast. The room is furnished with a comfortable king size bed bedside cabinets with lamp, wardrobe with sliding doors and offering ample storage for your clothes, armchair and small table nearby with lamp for reading. The room is air conditioned and also has a private balcony.

Has twin basins, bidet, toilet, separate shower and stylish bath with window looking into the orangery.

Balcony Bedroom:
A double room with its own private balcony and windows overlooking the olive groves out towards the sea is furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers and air conditioning. If you want to have an afternoon nap the high quality sun blinds on the windows will minimise the sunshine entering the room.

Balcony Bedroom En-suite:
Has a shower, sink and toilet with a window overlooking the olive groves.

Four Poster Orangery Bedroom:
This beautiful and airy bedroom with air conditioning has exposed stone vaulted ceiling, niches, king size four poster bed and French doors leading out into the Orangery, giving it an air of cool sophistication. White Room:
Situated on the lower level via an internal staircase has a high level window, two pairs of large bunk beds offer accommodation for four adults or children. There is a large chest of drawers in the bedroom and there is air-con.

Sitting Room
Is found in the central part of the Masseria and is well equipped for your comfort with relaxing sofas, Smart TV, DVD, games console, books, guide books and free wifi.

Well Equipped Kitchen
The large modern kitchen has all the appliances a cook would want including a marble topped island-style preparation area, dishwasher, double sinks, electric oven, five ring gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster along with an array of cooking utensils. There is air conditioning.

Dining Room
A few step away from the kitchen you will find the dining room which looks out into the Orangery garden and pool which seats 12 people and there is a small childrens table which seats 4. Light and modern it's great place to cool off from the sun or enjoy a dinner

Al Fresco dining and Relaxation
Directly outside the kitchen you will find a table and chairs on the covered veranda. On the same large veranda you will find the huge outdoor sofas with coffee table nearby
In the Orangery garden there are two sets of bistro tables, a great place for some quiet and to read a book.
Around the pool there is a huge wooden table with chairs which is great at lunch time as there is a 2nd indoor kitchen nearby with fridge, sink, prep area for keeping everything cold, fresh and clean. Attached to this is the outdoor BBQ and pizza oven. It also has a magical feel at night as the sun sets and the lights twinkle around you.
The Roof Terrace which is accessed internally via a door and some steps has a table, chairs and BBQ as well as breathtaking sea views over the ancient olive groves and in the other directions the town of Ostuni. The perfect place for a glass of wine before dinner.

The Luxury of Two Pools
There is a large swimming pool and adjoining this is small shallow pool for children. The main pool measures 12.5m x 6m with a depth of 0.70m in the shallow end and 2.40m in the deep end. The baby pool measures 3m x 3m with a depth of 0.30m

The pool area is either walled or gated from the Masseria, which is ideal if you have young children

The large sun terrace which is bordered on three sides by olive, almond fruit and other trees, has ample sun loungers where you can soak up the sun,lounging bean bags, a shaded gazebo and an outdoor shower.

Outdoor and Indoor Entertainment
In addition to swimming other things for you to enjoy are the newly built boules area and the table tennis
