The non-smoking holiday home Walddüne offers with its approx. 75 m² space for 4 adults and 2 children up to 10 years. On the ground floor is the living / dining area, 1 bedroom and the spa bathroom. In the upper part of the house you will find another bedroom and an open gallery. The living area is complemented by a comfortable sitting area with coffee table, 2 wicker armchairs, reading lamp and a sideboard with LCD / LED TV, DVD player and a mini-stereo system. The entertainment technology is extended by an Internet access (WLAN). This is included for you. Even a small selection of board games can provide a nice change. On cold days, a stove provides a pleasant warmth. In the south facing bay window with floor to ceiling windows you will find the dining and kitchen area. The kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, espresso pad machine and various kitchen utensils leave nothing to be desired. From the living and kitchen area you reach the large terrace (south). The spacious spa bathroom is completed by a washing area, shower, toilet, washing machine, hair dryer, sauna and a bathtub with whirlpool function. On the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), adjustable bed bases, bedside tables and a wardrobe. The staircase in the living area leads to another bedroom and the open gallery. The bedroom has 2 single beds (á 0.90 m x 2.00 m) with a travel cot, bedside tables, clothes highboards and a mini-stereo system. The open gallery offers a queen size bed (1,40 mx 2,00 m) with seating. A floor heating ensures in the lower area of the fireplace for a pleasant warmth. In the bedrooms are electric radiators. Due to the allergy friendly certification no pets are allowed. In the small and lockable shed you can store your bicycles. For our little guests are 1x travel cot (without extra mattress, without Bettinlett), 1x high chair, a stair gate and socket fuse included. The bedrooms are to be darkened with normal curtains, here are also insect screens in the windows. A parking space (number 260) is located directly in front of the house. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book until 14 days before arrival for 15.00 € per person or supplement by your own. For packages booked for 2 or more, you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once. The prepayment of consumption costs will be calculated according to individual consumption amount (electricity 0.39 Euro / KWh, water 7.50 Euro / m³) and will be refunded after departure. Please note: The houses in the Strandpark are in a biosphere reserve, so barbecuing with an open fire is not allowed.
