🍇⛰️ In the heart of the Alsace Wine Route, this furnished 2-bedroom apartment is located at 52 rue de la gare in Ostheim in a charming Alsatian village 9km north of Colmar. The village has several restaurants, a pharmacy, a tobacco shop, a grocery store, two hairdressers, a garage, and a few other shops.

🥨 In a warm setting, discover Alsace, its gastronomy, its great wines, and its history. Ideally located 10 minutes from Colmar, but also 20 minutes from 🐒 the monkey mountain and 🦅 the eagle aviary or 🏰 the Haut-Koenigsbourg castle and 🎿 40 minutes from the Lac Blanc ski resort or 🎡 the Parc du Petit Prince and the Alsace Ecomuseum. Within just a 10-minute radius, a wealth of activities awaits you: 💃 casino, 👙 spa, ⛳ golf, 🐎 equestrian center, 👟 hiking, 🍴 restaurants, 🍷 wine cellars etc.



🏠 The cottage is also an ideal starting point for exploring the Alsace wine route or discovering the Vosges massif, 🎿 its ski slopes in winter and its lakes in spring and summer. Behind the Franco-German border, about 50 minutes away, head off on an adventure to the largest amusement park in Europe, 🎢 Europa Park, or enjoy a day in the lovely city of Freiburg.



🏠 The apartment is composed as follows:

🛋️ a living room with sofa bed, television with flat screen, as well as a reading corner,

🍽️ a dining kitchen fully equipped with cooktop, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker and pod coffee maker, as well as a toaster

🛏️ a first bedroom composed of a large bed,

🛏️ a second bedroom composed of two single beds,

🚿 🚽 a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine.



👥 This apartment is ideal for a family stay or with friends.



🪜 The apartment is located on an elevated ground floor, there are a few steps to access the dwelling.



🅿️ Free parking spaces are available outside the residence.



🏡 The entire accommodation will be yours. Always with the aim of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:

🧹 cleaning will be done,

🛏️ beds will be made with clean sheets, and a sofa bed will be at your disposal,

🧼 clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a kitchen towel,

📶 free WIFI connection



House Rules:

🚭 This apartment as well as all common areas are non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is strictly prohibited.



🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.



🚫 Animals are strictly prohibited.



🧹 Bed and bath linens as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linens, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.



🧹 It is up to you, however, to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as to tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, cleaning fees of 60€ will be charged to you.



📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your identification document, via the Yaago platform will be requested after the reservation, as well as the information for the insurance form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
