Small pets are allowed with prior approval. Rules apply and an extra fee for pets will be charged.



RULES:

Pets are not allowed to sleep on the beds, sofa, or any furniture in the accommodation.



You must remove all food after departure and take out the trash. Please also leave used bed linens and towels in the shower.



Smoking is strictly prohibited. Parties or events are not allowed, nor is inviting external guests to stay overnight on the property. Violation of these rules will be penalized.



You must be 25 years of age or older to book. You may be required to provide official identification on the day of arrival or during your stay.



Ideal for those who enjoy outdoor activities in the charming village of Osséja, in the Eastern Pyrenees. Perfect for mountain activities such as skiing, climbing, cycling, and hiking, with a lake 5 minutes by car from the apartment.



There is also a nearby equestrian center where you can go horseback riding. Enjoy a unique and relaxing stay, ideal for disconnecting from routine.



Check-out must be completed before 11:00 am on the last day of your reservation. Upon departure, you are requested to clean the accommodation and leave it in a suitable state that does not require excessive cleaning.



Bed linens and towels are included. Tablecloths, napkins, and kitchen towels are not included.
