This place was a brand new updated home that had everything the kids and families needed to keep them all entertained. The house was so clean and offered so much. We loved everything about it. The location, the clean lake/pier, kayaks, paddle boards, fire pit, screened in porch, basement, kids bedroom, and stocked kitchen with all of your cooking needs. This place had it ALL. Thank you so much for a memorable stay. We never wanted to leave!!!!!!

Worst Experience ever

From start the start this was one of the worst experiences I have had renting a home on Vrbo. The company who operates this location decided to redo the asphalt at the beginning of the driveway right before our stay. We were advised we would need to park on the street. Unfortunately, the street that the house is on has no parking signs all over the sides of the street plus you would need to basically park in the ditch, the road is not wide enough to do street parking. Once we arrived, the PIN code they provided us was not working so I reached out to the company. When I called the number it was the main number for the business but they aren’t local so I had to wait for someone to maybe call me back that worked locally with the property. We had finally got in touch with someone local to help us after 20 minutes. We had to go on an Easter egg hunt for a lock box that didn’t exist outside. Finally, I put in the code they gave us for the lock box into the garage pin pad and it unlocked the garage door. The lock box was inside the garage next to the house door. Also when we got there, We were all standing in the dark with no lights on except for our flashlights on our phones. The house was very pretty, unfortunately 2 beds had dirty sheets on them and one of the bunk beds had a spring that was jetting out. We were incredibly disappointed and will not be going back

New Property for a Pleasant Family Stay

My family (9 adults) stayed at Sunset Cove for the weekend to attend a family wedding. The house was very comfortable, roomy, and full of all the amenities a large group would need. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful, and the view was lovely ... A bird watchers paradise. The host promptly responded to all questions and issues. My family and I are hoping to return next summer to further explore the lakes and outdoor activities.
