  • You will be close so many things - centrally located in Osage Beach, minutes from Margaritaville, close to restaurants, shopping and bars!

    You’ll have a private guest suite with a small balcony, kitchenette, bathroom, 50-inch TV, + 2 COMFORTABLE king-size beds.

    We are close by if you need anything - but we won’t bother you at all! You may hear our dogs bark every once in a while.

    **We are not owned by Margaritaville; their amenities are separate**

    *1 car per unit! There is overflow parking at the pool.

    *If you are uncomfortable with parallel parking, this may not work for you 🚗 we are close to the lake and parking is tight.

Great stay, at a great location, for a great price

It was the perfect spot for me to have a cheap stay, but be literally 2 min drive away from everything at the resort. Would stay here again for sure.

We had a great stay, great location and great communication. The other reviews are right on about the beds, the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! Everything was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Lake getaway

Perfect spot to stay at the ozarks. Comfy beds, clean, spacious, quiet area. Osage beach has everything you need. Max 10-15 min drive anywhere. Margaritaville access. Host was great, would stay again for sure!

Great place with a view of the lake

This was a great, clean, quaint little place that has a nice view of the lake. The check in and check out process was easy and convenient too. The owners communication was extremely helpful and timely. I highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable & roomy

I love how open this space is, there's a small kitchenette w/ mini fridge for storing leftovers/drinks. & the balcony was great. It has exactly what you need for a short stay and Abigail the host is very responsive. She even brought me a birthday cake which was so sweet! We were very comfortable.

Wonderful - watch out for correct entrance

Overall, we loved the location so close to the lake and was a great value. Google Maps may take you to a gated entrance which there is no code given for it. The Margaritaville is the entrance to take since there is no gate.

Dirty,3 towels for a 2 day trip for 3 people.Parking sucked and u couldn’t walk to the water.

Location was on the estates at Margaritaville. Parking is as described but it is quite a walk from the pool if you choose to park there. We didn't find the beds comfortable. Shuttle does not pick you up to take you to the main part of the resort.

Parking was terrible and lots of steps. Cleanliness was ok but attention to detail was not there when cleaning. Could see smudge marks on cabinets and floors, hairs in sink, no trash can other than tiny one in bathroom. The price was great. The TV channel options were great but TV was kinda small. Room needed more light in certain areas. Seemed dark. Beds were awesome. Some of best sleeping comfort I’ve ever had in a rental.

Easy, affordable getaway

I've actually thought a lot about this stay, simply because it was different than our previous VRBO's and NOT in a bad way! There were no "bells and whistles" here and I think I might have been looking for that at first, but you cannot beat this price point for this location. We felt like we were getting away with something! haha While NOT criticisms, we missed these things: 1. a place to hang clothes 2. full length mirror 3. an extra hand towel and maybe a couple of extra bath towels The host(s) are on property and we could have probably asked for the latter, but it was so not a priority and we did not want to impose upon them. Abigail was superior in terms of communication when I did have questions and my gosh, I was not going to interrupt her weekend with towels. We would absolutely stay here again. The location was fantastic, the room was clean, the house was quiet, we were comfortable and felt safe. We were looking for an affordable stay this particular trip and our expectations were met.

Good place once you find it

Place was fine, although the layout was a little unusual. The directions were simply awful. We have stayed at many rentals before, and there was no way we could find this place until we asked a couple of people for very specific manual instructions, as GPS didn’t work either. The host didn’t provide a phone number in their welcome email, in case there were any issues. It would surprise me if others have an experience, the exact same album before, which might lead the host to provide more specific instructions.
