• This condo unit is on the 2nd floor and does not have elevator access
• Roads to the property are paved.
• Propane is not required for the electric grill
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends
• Responsible bachelor/bachelorette parties are welcome, but loud or disruptive events are not permitted

• Decibel measuring devices are installed both indoors and outdoors to maintain noise control standards

Pet-Friendly Property Guidelines
• Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
• Pets must be on a leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
• Pets must be crated/kenneled when left in the home alone
• Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
• Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket/quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
• Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, but we suggest booking in advance. You'll have ease of access via state highways and paved roads, though some gravel and narrow sections may be encountered. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and within a half-day's drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas—perfect for family or friend gatherings! Airports are available in Kansas City (international), St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield (regional).

Guests have full access to the condo and community amenities, including pool and lake access.

VRBO Cancellation Standards:
Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
