'It's a nice hotel but dated. Smells musty, water drains slow in sink, carpets look worn and dingy. The jacuzzi floor looked dirty. Didn't use the swimming pool. Breakfast is OK, sausages were lukewarm but the waffles were great!'

'This is my go to hotel when visiting Rochester! Perfect for families, lots of room space and breakfast is always hot and fresh. Highly recommend!'

'The staff was super helpful and friendly. My room felt quite clean. The continental breakfast was above average. Really no complaints and I would stay again.'

'The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of options.'

'Property was well maintained. The shower had poor pressure and the shower head appeared to be defective inthat only part of it dispersed a small amount of water.'

'When we arrived, there was a person was sitting outside on the Bench smoking marijuana. To my surprise he got up and came in Hotel and proceeded around the front desk to check me in! He acted like it was no big deal. It was 8 PM and I needed a place to sleep before my procedure at 6 AM the next morning at the Mayo hospital. This hotel is is very rundown. I would not recommend staying there again.'

'Great location but our room was quite rundown. We had a 2-bedroom suite and there was visible dust on the curtains, the lightbulbs were all a different (strange to say, I know but it was noticeable), the shower curtains were ripped, and the couch and chair were nearly impossible to sit in. We were there for a baby shower and used a conference room which was great!'

'The room was Clean but could use some updating… Staff was Nice… Would stay here again…☺️'

'The staff was extremely helpful making for a comfortable stay.'

'Pros: very clean! Convenient restaurant/bar in lobby & within walking distance. Mayo shuttle was very convenient & on time. Con’s: I was told by booking company, Even Hotel provides tunnel access to Mayo Clinic. It does not. Website showed 100% hardwood floors & hotel desk confirmed it. Not true. Half of room was carpet:( Although very nice, I was disappointed the shower had no bars & no shower seat. Because most guest in a hotel near Mayo are probably sick/elderly, it seems...

'Room was clean and very spacious for all 4 of us. Breakfast was fine not much variety but glad to have had free breakfast. The staff was nice and helpful'

'The room was a really good size, including the bathroom. Everything was clean in the room and the building in general. The gym is a bit bare bones for weight selection but doable. The guy who checked us in was friendly and helpful, but everyone else on staff seemed like they’d rather be anywhere else. There is a restaurant attached, and hotel guests receive a discount, which was great. Our server at the restaurant was so helpful and very friendly, there just wasn’t a lot of menu options if you...
