'The Boathouse (or to people like me who haven’t been in Norfolk for 15 odd years - the former Eels Foot) is a fantastic location for short or longer stays, with the broads, Great Yarmouth, Norwich and north Norfolk all easily reachable from here. The pub / restaurant is beautiful, and serves excellent food. Breakfast is a-la-carte and is excellent for the price. Mike, the proprietor, is a great host and was extremely helpful in helping us to plan the remaining days of our trip. Highly recommend!'

'Vriendelijk personeel. Dinner matig. Acceptabele prijs performance verhouding. '

'The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was just ok.'

'Great view, I had a peaceful staying ,thank you for that!!!'

'The room was very warm even with the windows open as it was at the top of the property. A room fan was provided but it meant that there was a constant noise when it was on. The breakfast was really nice.'

'We hardly had any pressure and hot water in the shower. They had no probleem to move us to another room, which was okay. Shower cabin is a bit small for large people. Great location, though, friendly staff, there was a fridge and even a microwave. Wouldn't mind going there again.'

'Douche was uitstekend. Matras was oncomfortabel, voelde duidelijk de binnenvering.'

'Very beautiful small B&B type hotel. Very nice outdoor settings and gardens, ideal for a few days stay in summer. Room very clean and comfy with extra's. Bathroom immaculate. Stunning breakfast room serving top breakfast. Very friendly and accomodating hosts, freshly brewed coffee and cupcakes on arrival. In short: Perfect stay, 10/10'

'Very good place to stay when you are on a cycling trip. They have good facilities for bike storage. Very friendly staff and delicious English breakfast as well.'

'Service throughout stay was very good, check in quick and with no issues. Room spacious and had all the amenities required. Breakfast and restaurant meals very good with great selection for both.'

'We moesten naar n crematie en dit hotel was lekker dichtbij Gezellige hoekjes om te zitten Maar ik vond de eetzaal wat ongezellig aangekleed Het ontbijt en diner waren prima'

'Food was fairly decent, staff were all excellent. Nice clean room, lovely comfortable bed. Big clean bathroom. However .....we couldn't get any of the radiators to work. When its single digits centigrade outside its time to fire up the central heating !! The room and bathroom was very cold, which put a real downer on our stay.'

'Photos don't do this place justice. I had a very comfortable stay in their cosy studio. Very clean. High quality bedding. Plenty channels on the smart tv. Fast reliable wifi and good cooking facilities.'

'Very clean room staff were there when needed and always helpful breakfast was excellent very happy with everything thank you'

'Rooms are on 2 different levels so very quiet. We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, with tea & coffee etc and very welcome biscuits. No need to bring shower products as they are all provided. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of items (ordered the night before). The fruit salad was fab & I can highly recommend the omelette! My husband had the full English, which he really enjoyed. Offered more tea/coffee & toast. The hosts Jane & Mark were lovely and very helpful regarding the local area...
