The home is comfortable and well cared for, featuring classic Cape Cod charm with original wooden cabinetry, a practical eat-in kitchen, and a bright living room with cozy seating and Apple TV for streaming. Guests also enjoy access to the shared patio and yard, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

Beach towels, chairs, family games, and standard bath linens are provided to make your stay easy and enjoyable.

Built by hand by our father and grandfather, this family home has welcomed generations of summer memories. We hope you experience the same Cape Cod magic during your stay.

Conveniently located near Orleans shops, dining, grocery stores, kayak and bike rentals, and the Cape Cod Rail Trail (10–15 minute drive). Easy access to Wellfleet, Hyannis, Skaket Beach, Crystal Lake, and more.

Please note: The upper level is part of a property that also includes a separate lower-level apartment with its own private entrance. Both units can be rented together for larger or multi-generational groups.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
