About this space
Welcome to your home away from home, located in the well known area of Downtown Champions Gate. This stunning 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home as everything you need to make your stay enjoyable as well as relaxing, The home is in a well kept gated resort community which also gives you access to the zero entry pool & club house/gym. The resorts location gives you access too bars/restaurants, local stores & easy access too the major highways. Making those parks & golfing trips more accessible for you.
The space
This STUNNING 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bathroom home benefits from the following...

Ground floor as a great sized open plan area which lends itself to a well equipped kitchen allowing guest to get there chef on, as well as also allowing great space for entertaining. The open plan area also boast great space for family formal dinning, which then leads into the great living space making it that much more easier to enjoy those relaxing evenings after those hectic days out at the parks/golfing.

There is internal access to the garage/children's play area, downstairs half bathroom & access to back patio/lounge area via the glass sliding patio doors.

Good sized master bedroom with en-suite.

Good sized third bedroom with 2 twin beds.

Resort...
The resort is in a well kept gated community, which gives you access to the good sized zero entry pool & hot tub/jacuzzi. The club house also as access to the fitness centre as well as a selection of table top games for your enjoyment.

Location...
The resort is in a great location allowing easy access to a selection of bars and restaurant's as well as supermarkets and pharmacies all within walking distance from the home. The guest will also benefit from having access to major highways like I4 & Highway 27, making those trips to the parks that little easier. Lastly the resort is also located nearby a handful of great golf courses which again allows you to spend less time in the car and more time on the course.

The only thing you will be disappointed in is that at some point you will have to check out.

Fijn verblijf dichtbij supermarkt restaurants en snelweg voor Disney universal sea World etc. Hetzelfde zoals omschreven. Er zijn ook handdoeken voor zwembad aanwezig

Great Time

House was clean, spacious, and had an excellent location. If you are planning on cooking, there’s not a ton of cooking equipment, but there’s lots of great restaurants around the area. I would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!!

Convenient to Championsgate

This is a good location for closeness to Championsgate. Stayed here for a conference at Championsgate and the drive was quick and easy. Condo is well equipped. All bedrooms are on the second floor so important for families with young children or older adults. Owner was pleasant and helpful with instructions for entering the home.

This was such a nice property in the perfect location. The home was walkable to restaurants and grocery. It was very close to Disney, as well. Communication was excellent and quick responses and such a nice person. The home was very clean and had everything that we needed. The pool area was very pretty. I will stay again!

College Baseball Trip

What an amazing stay! Would absolutely rent this house again. Owner was so friendly, and helpful. Everything was as expected. Very clean, beautiful pool and entertainment area, perfect location, and they even left us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Washer & dryer were nice to have. Beds and pillows were comfortable. You won’t be sorry you chose this rental!

The Fountains of Championsgate

We've stayed in the Fountains before and this unit did not disappoint. We enjoyed all the property and it's amenities. It was a perfect launching pad for us to visit things and areas we wanted to get to. We would love to come back for our next visit to the Championsgate area and will definitely consider this property.

An excellent townhouse

The townhouse was beautifully decorared and very clean. The check in process was simple and quick. The host answered all questions and made the stay wonderful. I highly recommend this home.
