  • Grande maison de sept chambres située sur un terrain d'angle dans la communauté fermée haut de gamme de Formosa Gardens. Plus de 3300 pieds carrés d'espace climatisé pour se détendre, jouer et se détendre. Situé à quelques minutes des parcs Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, LegoLand, golf et shopping. Beaucoup de restaurants, épiceries et magasins à proximité.

    Quatre chambres sont des suites parentales, avec et ont toutes une télévision à écran plat et des ventilateurs de plafond. WiFi gratuit partout.

    Une salle à manger formelle séparée accompagne la cuisine ouverte, garnie de Keurig, d'une cuisinière à gaz, d'un four micro-ondes et plus encore! Beaucoup d'espace et ustensiles de cuisine pour préparer les repas. Comptoirs en Corian, armoires personnalisées et table à manger avec des sièges pour six.

    La maison a sa propre SALLE DE THÉÂTRE! Complet avec un son surround, des sièges de théâtre surélevés et un écran de 92 ", il est sûr de divertir toute la famille.

    Grande piscine privée avec spa (chauffage disponible moyennant un supplément), et beaucoup de mobilier d'extérieur et chaises longues à l'ombre et au soleil. Télévision idéalement située sur la véranda, et barbecue est disponible à l'extérieur du patio.

    Les serviettes de piscine et de bain sont fournies. Un petit savon à chaque évier, du papier toilette, du détergent à vaisselle, des sacs à ordures et du savon à lessive sont fournis en entrée.

Beautiful and Relaxing Home!

Perfect home for adults and kids to stay right near Disney World. The weather was perfect for the entire week's stay we were there to use their beautiful pool to relax and just have fun. Best vacation I ever had with my family!

Awesome Vacation Home

My family and I visited Orlando for the holiday weekend to go to Epcot. The home was conveniently located to Disney and plenty of restaurants and stores. The home was beautiful and very accommodating to my family of 13. The theater room and pool/hot tub was an added bonus. Mike & Jodi were very informative and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

This house is fabulous! It was perfect for our needs. There were 10 of us ranging in age from 5 to 70 and we had plenty of room.The pool and Hot tub were just what we needed after a long hot day at Disney and Universal. The theater room made our son talk about adding his own.The owners were so nice and easy to work with. If we get a chance to go back I will definitely book this house again.

This home is perfectly located in a private gated community. It's close to all Disney World Park and Universal Studios is just a short jaunt away. We will definitely stay in this home again.

Great stay, amazing location, very clean

This was a great property for a mom's trip to Orlando. We were a group of 7 cheer moms in town for a competition. We wanted to be close to our girls (at a Disney hotel) but not in the same place. This house was clean, spacious, comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

That Pool Tho!

We had such a great time during our Christmas Vacay! This house checked all the boxes. We also enjoyed it was in a gated community, which was extremely well keep. Close to all the good things Kissimmee/Orlando has to offer. For sure will book again.

Disney Family Vacation

The home was very spacious with plenty of room for all. Very close to all attractions in Orlando. My son’s got great use of hot tub (we opted for getting the pool heated). Great communication. Would definitely recommend this property.

A great stay!

The best part of our stay was the communication and responsiveness of the hosts and property manager. Any concern we had, very minimal (i.e couldn't find a control for the TV), was addressed immediately. The home was beautiful and so was the surrounding neighborhood. A must stay!

Wonderful home to share with family

The location is perfect, you are so close to everything. The hosts were great to work with, with quick responses to any questions I had. The house was perfect, the pool and spa were fantastic, and we enjoyed many days and nights sitting outside. We even had a wonderful movie night in the theatre room. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone coming to stay, you can not go wrong with booking this property.

Loved it!!

Great place!! Only small suggestion I'd have would to maybe add a crock pot in the kitchen. Being able to have something slow cooking while visiting the parks or exploring other areas would be great. No cooking after a long day, just eat! Overall, this place was perfect!!

Great family stay

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. The pool area is very nice and we made enjoyed the movie room! The property owner and manager were both great at communication! Only con I think is the beds are a little hard. But of course we found the mattress toppers at the end of our stay lol.

Great Home

Home was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Communication with owner was fast and very accommodating. Questions were answered very quickly. Had made changes to our original plans and also added pool heat which were all handled very professionally and satisfactorily. Some furniture had some normal wear but that is to be expected. Home Theater was very convenient on an unexpected rainy day. Thanks for the great stay away from home!

Amazing stay at the villa

Fantastic stay. Everything was as advertised and more. Great pool area and really spacious bedrooms with nearly all en suite. Communication with the owner was great (we had to call once due to trying to find the fuse box and answered at 7am on a Saturday!). Great location and gated area was really quiet and felt very safe. Only way this place could be improved; pool balls, floats for pool, welcome package; tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets etc. would defiantly recommend and hopefully will be returning!

Spectacular Home and Owners

My stay here was a dream come true!! It was everything and actually more than what the pictures showed.. everything was in great working condition, the owners were awesome at responding. My contacting them had nothing to with a issue but I had unexpected guest for Christmas dinner and they granted them access immediately.. Just Amazing and I will definitely give them 10 stars!! Highly recommended!!

Family at Disney Parks

I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the property was and the safety my family felt walking around the neighborhood. The locations is less than 2 miles from Animal Kingdom and only about 20 minutes to all the other parks. Plenty of parking and grounds were well kept. In regard to the home itself, all the bedrooms were spacious and most had their own bathrooms which was great! Now a couple of things that I would have found more helpful. There were only 3 garbage bags supplied, there was no paper products provided si it would have been great if there were a supply of toilet paper, paper towels and a few more dishwasher pods. The pool does have heating available which we took advantage of as well as a grill which we also used. It would be more helpful to put a map as to where the hot tub controls are located and also the pool light. The owner Michael was outstanding in his response time and super helpful whenever I had a question. My daughter who stayed in the bedroom right off the living room felt like there was no ac going into her room but other than that our stay at this house was Ahhhhhhhhhmazing!

Our DISNEY VACATION: Spacious home, Enormous pool, and Theater Room

JUST MINUTES FROM DISNEY. We arrived at the home a little earlier than check-in time. We were greeted by the Property Managers Julie and David whom were extremely nice. We were told that the home was was not quite ready but would be in about twenty minutes. Julie stated that we could leave our luggage on patio when asked which was perfect for us so that we could get something to eat and get groceries in car. She even allowed me to come in and use the bathroom prior to leaving. Julie and David went over a few things regarding the home with me and my daughter prior to us leaving. Julie stated several times that her phone number was present throughout the home and stated to hesitate to contact her with any questions. David pointed out a door in the downstairs closet that guest prior to our visit had broken but that he had just fixed but wasn’t sure if it would come back loose. Thanks David for the honesty. My mom decided that she didn’t have to close the closet door. She loved the bedroom. This home is SPACIOUS, it is extremely close to DISNEY. My family loved it. The entire home was so GORGEOUS. It included a THEATER ROOM. My (6) and (10) year old granddaughters loved the Micky/Minnie Mouse room. I wish I could have recorded them when they first seen it. My family all said that their beds slept really well. NO BUMPY MATTRESSES HERE. The online pictures does not do this home enough justice. The home is IMMACULATE. Two of the bedrooms downstairs were a little warm than expected. That problem was soon resolved. It never got real real cold, bit the family was comfortable. David and Julie promptly came back, checked air vents with air gun. Explained that air was working but that if would take a while to cool off due to one room having really high ceiling and air conditioning had been off. Although we had a few fans in the home, they even offered more fans if needed. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that you needed. Thanks for a working ice maker. THE ENORMOUS POOL WAS A GREAT HIT FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY. OUR OVERALL STAY AT FOUR CORNERS WAS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! Thanks David and Julie for being such great Property Managers. I called several times with questions, you always were extremely polite and helpful. We can’t wait to visit this property again. This property was beautiful. The pool was very clean and everything in the house was updated. We enjoyed how spacious the house was and that it was very close to all the amenities. The homeowners were great and had amazing communication skills. We felt comfortable at this house and I look forward go back again soon.

Disney-Universal Orlando

Property well maintained with abundant space to relax and enjoy for 10 people. Family getaway to enjoy Disney and Universal parks. Pool is amazing. Only downside was the functioning of the air conditioner. It did not work well and several nights the AC struggled to keep house at 72 degrees.
