Large clean home with plenty of space. Everyone got their own bedroom and bathroom. Roughly 30 min from driveway to parking at Disney parks. Close to amenities restaurants, stores. The gated community of Terra Verde is nice and clean. And the host always responded promptly. Getting through the gate was easy to do and with the 24hr attendant there felt safer. Getting into the house was easy with the touch pad code. The clubhouse is a nice perk with a bigger pool and activities, including beach volleyball and a playground. The space in the house is great, but there are no hand towels or foot towels, only a couple of dishcloths, few washcloths (we each got one for the week, so ended up buying additional) and the towels provided had to serve both as pool and bath towels. Some folks in our group assumed there would be body wash and shampoo, etc, for showers, but there is not, so we had to purchase. We were fore-warned, but one roll of single-ply toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and 2 trash bags went quick. Also no laundry supplies and limited dish washing soap/pods. So u will have to shop. The pool is small but covered and has safety fence, and we had it heated so it was great. Overall, this rental is well worth the price. Disney hotel stays would not be affordable for us. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this home and resort.
