This spacious 6 bedroom holiday villa can comfortably accommodate a larger family or group of up to 16 people.

Solara Resort is only a 30 minute drive from the Orlando International Airport, and is situated central to all of Orlando's famous attractions.

*NOTE: POOL/SPA HEAT is OPTIONAL and is NOT INCLUDED in the rates shown on this website. Additional charge of $40 per night (can only be added for the entire stay).
*It is REQUIRED to be requested up to 24 hours prior to check-in date, if requested AFTER check-in there will be an extra $30 connection fee.
*The maximum temperature of the pool is between 90-94°F. We recommend pool heat from October through March, but note that during the winter the water does not heat up to its full capacity, therefore we will not reimburse due to weather conditions, as it is not a mechanical issue.
*GRILL rental: $85 including 1 propane refill and cleaning.
*THIS IS A SELF-CATERING PROPERTY. We only provide welcome amenities FIRST USE ONLY (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel), you may provide your own supplies for the rest of your stay.
– HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by our check-in supervisor to ensure all cleaning and sanitizing protocols were applied.
We use a professional company for washing and sanitizing all linen. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit.
Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. 1 bath and hand towel per guest, 1 bed sheet and comforter per bed. There is a laundry on-site. We don’t provide extra towels and don’t provide washcloths for sanitary reasons.
*As per Florida Law, we are not allowed to leave food items in the house for guests.
*ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
- $90 - each clogged toilet.
- $500 - smoking (inside and outside).
- $100 - each moved furniture.
- $350 - frozen AC (caused when the thermostat is lower than 72°F).
- If necessary, additional cleaning/trash will be charged.
*We are not responsible for third-party services such as TV/Internet, if there may be an outage in the area, it is not refundable since they are free for guests.
*Games in the game room may be under maintenance and are not refundable, since they are free for guests.

Perfect space for our family

We were in town for a cheer comp with 4 children and 4 adults. It was very spacious, we never felt like we were on top of each other. Its near restaurants and stores so we didnt have to travel far to get supplies or dinner. Also the beds were comfortable. Which you dont always get at vrbo so it was a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend for any family.

Gorgeous, Spacious Resort Home

Would definitely rent this house again! House was clean, beds were comfortable. Beautifully decorated throughout. Kitchen cupboards showed signs of wear, and one of the upstairs chairs was broken..Pool was heated when we arrived, as requested.Great resort. Disappointed that the simulator was non functional. Flow rider was expensive... not free.

Lovely property but dirty

Disappointing we paid for a luxury villa to arrive and the villa itself is lovely however everything within it is dirty broken and in bad repair, every pillow is stained every duvet cover also stained horrendous stands on curtains, every hook in the bathroom was broken, broken bbq which was I fairness replaced a few days in, a broken sun-loungers, broken kitchen appliances given to oh happy stay member of staff never to be returned ! Just not good enough for a luxury villa ! Needs a lot of refurbishment re decoration and re stocking to be at the standard they are charging unfortunately! The villa itself could be lovely with more attention to detail!

We are Solara connoisseurs…lol….and are very familiar with this resort. This home had the very minimum needed for a 7 night stay. Most of the kitchen appliances did not work, A/C didn’t really cool, no interior fans that worked, and the beds were not that comfortable. Pillows not sufficient. Comforters very thin-which ended up being ok since it was so hot. The house rules we received stated we needed to place the dirty dishes in the dishwasher upon our departure-they gave us ONE dishwasher pack. The trash can is super small (same for all properties) and the small bags of trash stack up very easy-but trash won’t be picked up if the bags don’t fit in the can. I messaged the owner/company a few times and no response. Oh and the hot water is not hot. Wouldn’t stay here again because we are used to a higher level experience and stay.

Pre-check in communication was difficult. Wanted to talk via phone several times but only got to speak with someone once. Had to message via app. The location of the house is not accurate. They dropped the pin near the clubhouse/pool, but the house is across the main road. We wanted to be near where it showed the pin to be near the people we were traveling with. The house could use a total refresh-looks worn. Needs paint and a deep clean. We had trouble with the gate the entire trip. The kitchen is not very well-equipped. Not enough pillows/pillowcases, no washcloths. There is an iron, but no ironing board. The upstairs master has the smallest bathroom in the house and the bed was not comfortable. Heard no complaints on the other beds. We paid for heat for the pool/jacuzzi, but the temp in the jacuzzi never got hot enough to enjoy the water. The pool loungers were broken. We did spend a lot of time out in the screened area however. Overall, the house had great space and we enjoyed having some separation. The decor was pleasant. We gave all of our leftover food/supplies to our neighbor since we were not allowed to leave anything for the next guests. The is a ring camera at the front door.

Family Vacation

Family vacation was great rental the check in process is crazy trying figure what gate check in at. Once we checked in the place was beautiful and great location.! I had party of 10 people and everybody was comfortable.!

Check in process was easy , management was very responsive to my request. And got things done fast and efficiently, we had a great experience staying in this place , Place needs paint touch up and make sure everything is working properly.
