The Space:

Sunlight pours through the sliding doors as you step onto the private patio, the gentle hum of distant birds mixing with the soft splash of the pool. You can already feel the rhythm of a relaxed Florida day, with space to stretch out, laugh, and unwind after a morning at the parks. As evening settles, the glow of the pool lights invites you to linger in the warm night air, while the house’s multiple gathering spots keep everyone comfortably close.



Sleeping arrangements

Five spacious bedrooms hold 11 beds and accommodate up to 15 guests. A bedroom with an adjacent shared bathroom sits on the first floor for easy access, while the upper level offers additional rooms and bathrooms, plus a second living area that adds privacy for larger groups.



Living areas

The main family room features a flat‑screen TV and reclining couches, perfect for winding down together. A dedicated workspace in the common area lets you catch up on emails or plan the next adventure. The game room, equipped with a pool table, provides an extra venue for friendly competition without leaving the home.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen with stainless‑steel appliances gives you room to prepare meals for the whole group. Indoor and outdoor dining tables make it simple to share breakfast in the sun or enjoy dinner under the stars. Bathroom supplies, fresh linens, towels, and laundry facilities are provided for longer stays.



Outdoor living

The private pool is available year‑round and can be heated, so you can dip in any season. A fenced backyard and patio offer sun loungers and a tranquil spot to relax. Outdoor dining extends the indoor‑outdoor flow, letting you savor the Florida climate while you eat.



Community amenities

Free access to The Retreat at ChampionsGate adds a resort‑style pool with water slide, cabanas, lazy river, Tiki Bar, fitness center, movie theater, playground, volleyball and tennis courts. A public 18‑hole golf course, driving range, and clubhouse are also on site for extra recreation.

Located in Davenport’s ChampionsGate community, the home is a short drive from Orlando’s top attractions: Disney is about 12 minutes away, Universal Studios roughly 22 minutes, and SeaWorld around 20 minutes. Nearby dining, shopping, and major highways keep everything within easy reach.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
