Trash Disposal

* Use the designated dumpster for your rental property.
* Ensure all trash is properly bagged and tied before disposal.
* Make sure garbage goes into the compressor via the side door.
* Do not leave trash outside the dumpster; non-compliance may result
in a $100 fine.

Parking

* Park vehicles only in designated areas.
* Use the reserved parking space with the same number as the property
address.
* Additional vehicles should use designated "guest" parking spaces.

Use of Amenities

* The pool is cleaned weekly and the BBQ propane is checked
regularly. Notify the host if you wish to be informed about
inspection dates.
* Pool heating is available for an additional cost of $45 USD per day
and must be requested for the entire stay. Note that the house does
not have a hot tub; the jets in the pool area only circulate air
and do not heat the water.
* The property features shared community amenities, including a pool
and a clubhouse with a fitness center.
