On the positive side, the house is beautifully decorated and has the potential to be wonderful. However, the 4 days out of our 7 day stay, the first floor air conditioning did not work. The toilet in children's bedroom was not working flushing. The Tv outside by pool was not working Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. On Wednesday a repair person came, fixed it, and it worked until we turned if off and turned it on again later. Then it again, gave a message of no signal. Although magical vacation homes sent multiple workers daily to try and fix the problems, it took time and many problems did not get resolved. The ones that did, were at the expense of our vacation time. We did not feel that house was ready for us and it should have been. To have workers in your vacation home half the time of your vacation is an intrusion in itself and the company offered no compensation for the problems or days without air-conditioning. I spoke to Mark who said he would get back to me but never did. No one returned our calls or emailed us with any offer of compensation. This was an expensive vacation home and if it was not ready, we should have been offered compensation for our multiple inconveniences and nights with no air-conditioning. The temperatures were in the 90s. Additional problems at the property were: Ice maker in kitchen refrigerator not working, Theatre room video game not working periodically, Video game in children's room did not work Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. The clincher was when my mother pulled her sheets back and saw toward the bottom of the bed that the sheet had not been changed, and had makeup stain on it. Unfortunately, these problems and lack of customer services from magical vacation homes to compensate for lost time on our vacation put a damper on things.
