Only up to 10 registered guests are permitted to stay overnight on the property; unauthorized guests will result in a penalty fee and may require you to vacate the premises. Due to the property`s HOA rules and regulations, we do not allow parties, events, or large gatherings of any kind, and we ask that guests using the self-check-in feature confirm their arrival via the Airbnb app to ensure seamless access. We kindly request that you treat the property with care and promptly notify us of any damages or maintenance issues, as we prioritize `Consistent maintenance and cleanliness` as a critical factor for a great guest experience.
