Pet-Friendly:
Dogs are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $150 + tax per dog (maximum of two). Pet registration and agreement to resort pet policies are required after booking.

Enjoyed our stay despite some hiccups.

Everything was as expected, however the pool and clubhouse closed unexpectedly one day for water issues. Nothing that the host can do about that. Also, I went out to dinner one evening and came back to the door ajar and the back door unlocked. No one was in the home and nothing was missing, but it was still a bit upsetting. No note was left either.

Convenient to Disney

Condo was nice. Didn’t have enough towels as the paper stated on the wall. I sent message. They delivered more quickly. That was very nice! Only thing the remotes did not match the TVs. Unable to watch any TV downstairs at all. Not even in the living room. Everything else was great! Thank you.

Perfect!

The unit was even better than the listing….carpet had been replaced with more beautiful & sanitary wood flooring, everything smelled and looked very clean. The beds could be a little more comfortable but we purchased a memory foam pillow topper which helped. We are definitely staying here for our future Orlando trips. Everything was perfect, clean, homey and comfortable. The community pool was awesome but it was also nice to have the private pool in the back lanai. Thank you so much!

Good little resort home

My family and I stayed here for a week for our summer vacation. We had a few activities planned in Orlando and this home offered some additional fun perks. A few things about our stay… The little pool in the back is absolutely wonderful for a dip in the morning and late at night but we found ourselves enjoying the big community pool during the day. It was so much fun for our 8 year old! The A/C was broken when we got there but we called the help line and it was fixed in less than an hour. Luis was fantastic! I do have an 8 month old and it was a total oversight on my part but there is no bathtub in this house for him to bathe. This house in particular might not be great for someone with very small children who need baths. We tried to have some friends visit for dinner one night and security would not allow them in unless they were on the guest list, only added by the property management company. I couldn’t add them personally. In most cases this is a perk, but just a warning, even if they are just visiting they need to be on your list! Overall a great little home and a good spot if you want to explore Orlando. It is like a mini resort experience. My 8 year old also LOVED the arcade and the movie theater! For the days we didn’t have an Orlando experience booked this was perfect.

Clean, Large, great location

Stayed here during kids' winter break at the end of February 2022. The place more than accommodated our family of 5 with extra beds to spare. The location to the parks was a plus. Multiple restaurants close by. The pool in the house is small but nice for the little ones. The complex offers a very large pool that is very close to the house (walkable). Right by the pool, there is a game room and movie theater which played 3 movies a day (Mostly Disney movies). The Kids loved it. They also have tennis, shuffle board , and fishing here.

My overall stay was great! The place looks exactly like the pictures, they provided pretty everything a basic household would have. We saw a little stain in the hallway, but other than that everything else was fine. Felt protected with the gated community. Easy check in process, close access to food, stores etc…. Great location!

We were in Orlando for a sorts championship at ESPN. This location was wonderful and just as described! Plenty of amenities for the adults and teens and great food at the grill and bar! The house also had plenty of towels, dishes, and pots and pans. Overall a wonderful trip and plan to stay again next year!

The pool area was fantastic. Nice location for the townhouse and very safe.

The carpet throughout the townhouse was dirty. Any room with ceramic tile was nice. The clubhouse and pool area was exceptional. Keeping a place nice if you have guests who do not treat your property with respect would be difficult.

Flott feriehus i trygt og attraktivt område

Vi har bodd tre ganger tre uker i Paradise Palms og er veldig fornøyd. Denne boligen ligger nærme (kort gåtur) fellesområdet med basseng, butikk/kiosk, spillehall etc. 5 min kjøretur til butikker, restauranter etc. Rent og pent både i og utenfor boligen.

Clean nice townhouse, community was ‘eh’

Townhouse was clean and nice. It only sleeps 9 though as there is no sleeper sofa as listed. That being said, property Manager gave us a rollaway bed to use when I called about it. Pool area at the house was nice. Community amenities were OK. No supervision at the community pool was a bit rowdy at times Tennis courts need some TLC and fitness equipment was outdated. Disappointed that community amenities are not open after dusk.

Great Townhouse Close to Everything

We live in South Florida and travel to Orlando frequently to go to Disney and other attractions with our teenagers. We usually stay in Paradise Palms because the properties are a good value and it is close to the parks and lots of restaurants. This was our first time at this property and it was great. Very clean and exactly as advertised with three bedrooms with king sized beds. Great for our older kids. Jackie (property manager) was a very good communicator and helpful. We will definitely use this property again.

Perfect family holiday stay

The house was perfect for our family as we were visiting all the Disney parks so we were all ready to chill out in our pool, the kids loved the clubhouse pool and slide as well as the games room and football pitch. The house was very well equipped and clean with more than enough space and storage for a large family and the beds were all very comfortable just what was needed after a tiring day at Disney.
