The Space:

Welcome to Main Street Retreat, where the magic doesn’t end when you leave the parks! Our spacious 6-bedroom, 5-bath ChampionsGate retreat was designed for families and friends to relax, reconnect, and keep the adventure going with a little touch of storytelling around every corner.



Step inside and be our guest in the Beauty & the Beast inspired kitchen and dining area. Gather around the large dining table for family dinners, pull up a stool at the oversized island for breakfast, or cook together in the fully equipped kitchen featuring quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and plenty of space for the whole crew.



Just beyond, the spacious living area brings a subtle touch of Tangled charm with its rich blues, warm golds, and whimsical details. Sink into the oversized sectional for a movie night or open the doors and let the fun spill outside.



Your private screened pool & spa are waiting! Splash the afternoon away, unwind in the spa after a long park day, or enjoy a meal beneath the covered lanai. Beyond the screen, peaceful water and greenery along one side create an open, tucked-away backdrop that makes the pool area feel like a little escape of its own.

Guest Access:

As our guest, you'll enjoy full access to the entire home, including the private screened pool and spa. Additionally, you'll have full access to the incredible amenities at two nearby clubhouses: The Retreat Club and The Oasis Clubhouse. These expansive facilities, totaling over 20,000 sq ft, offer everything you need for a perfect vacation.

- Starter Amenities Kit: We provide a starter kit including:

- Per Bathroom: Shower gel, Shampoo, Conditioner (40ml each), 1 Bar soap (35g), Toilet paper

- Kitchen: Paper towel, 1 Dish Sponge, Dishwashing liquid detergent, Dishwasher pods, Trash bags

- Laundry room: Laundry detergent (3-5 loads)

-Property Damage Protection: To ensure a relaxing stay, the property is insured against guest-caused, accidental damage through the Guesty Protection Policy. The cost is included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate, covering repairs up to $3,000 for content. This fee is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or repair cost exceeding coverage limits is the guest's responsibility. Additional information is available upon request.

- Extended Stays: Stays longer than 21 nights require an additional $69 property damage protection insurance fee, with an extra $69 charged for every subsequent 21-day period.

- Pre-Arrival Form: All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form via the PMI Platinum FL Portal powered by Guesty before check-in to ensure smooth access and arrival information.

- Guest Screening: PMI Platinum FL may use a third-party to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms can be provided by PMI Platinum FL. You may receive an email to complete your screening; please check your spam inbox and contact the property manager with any questions.
