Guests of all ages are guaranteed to find the perfect bedroom in this spacious home. There is 1 suite on the first floor, that is wheelchair accessible. The other 3 bedrooms are on the second floor.

The first main-level bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen SMART TV. This bedroom has an attached ensuite bathroom. 

On the second floor you will find 3 bedrooms, the first bedroom is a suite that features a King Size bed and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 twin beds and one full :) All bedrooms have SMART TV’s.

All bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper, travel-sized soap, shampoo, conditioner, and plush towels. Please remember to stop at the supermarket to buy any other supplies you may need for your stay.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no supply of items such as condiments will be provided prior to check-in.

Other things to note:
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! However, please note this option is only available if we don't have same-day check-in as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our professional standards. Please send the requests well in advance so that we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew.

Early Check-In:
$50 add-on (3:00 pm instead)
$75 add-on (2:00 pm instead)

Late Check-Out:
$100 add-on (11:00 am instead)
$150 add-on (12:00 pm instead)

In accordance with local regulations and the requirements of our insurance provider, guests may be asked to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. This agreement is intended to ensure transparency and provide protection for both parties.

Please remember that you're staying in someone's home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to act immediately; however, please keep in mind there is no one living on site 24/7. If you have an issue with the home, please let us know so we can fix it immediately!
