House of Wizardry- Magical Family 7BR-w/ amazing POOL- Near Disney

It's SPRING TIME!!! Escape to a world of magic and wonder at The House of Wizardry, a whimsical wizard-themed 2- story vacation rental. Prepare to be dazzled by our 7 BR home with private pool and BBQ that seamlessly blends the enchantment of wizards, the whimsy of Mickey Mouse, and the epic adventures of Star Wars. This luxurious retreat boasts the perfect blend of fantastical themes, modern comforts and amenities, all just miles away from Disney and Universal.

This is a two-story home*** Please note we DO NOT TOLERATE PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS. The number of guests in your reservation MUST match the number of guests who will be in the house at all times, which is no more than 15 guests at any given time. There will be a $500 fine for violating this policy and you will be asked to vacate the property. Only two vehicles in the driveway and one on the street. No parking on the grass whatsoever.

PETS ARE ALLOWED- Please notify us at the time of booking that you will be bringing a pet along with you. There will be an additional ONE-TIME, non-refundable fee of $125 that will be added to your total once you add your pet as a guest. 2 pet maximum. No more than two pets per booking.

CLEANING - Our home is professionally cleaned and disinfected between each guest according to CDC guidelines and recommendations. We take the cleaning of our home very seriously and will do our best to maintain the safety of all our guests. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

POOL HEAT: [The pool heat is currently out of order.] Request for pool must be made 2 days prior to arrival. This is required so that there is enough time to properly heat the pool for your stay. Pool heat is charged for everyday of your stay. There is a $50 pool fee for each day of your a stay.

-We have smart TV's in both family/living rooms. We have smart TV's located in all 7 bedrooms as well.
- We have a Pack and Play, a high chair, a baby gate, and one stroller.


ITEMS LEFT BEHIND- There is a $20 fee PLUS shipping if you leave something behind and need it shipped back to you. We have to ask a company to retrieve the item, pack the item, and ship it so please make sure you double check the house before leaving. I will send a receipt as proof of shipping/price should this issue arise. This happens so frequently and it’s tough to get someone to ship these items back to the owner.

We do supply hand towels, face towels, bath towels, and pool towels. For your convenience, we have supplied black makeup remover towels and ask that you please use the makeup towels provided so we can keep our white towels bright and clean. We also ask that you use the towel racks provided in each bathroom or the hampers provided for any damp or soaked linens. Please refrain from placing wet towels, bathing suits, etc. on the carpet. We provide all linens and extra blankets.

GRILL USE
We do have a grill that is free of charge to use. However, the propane is the guest's responsibility. We have two grocery stores within a mile of the home and they exchange the tanks if need be. We just ask that you don’t leave the grill a mess. Try to leave it in the condition that you found it, and cover it back up when done. If the grill needs excessive cleaning, there will be a $35 deep clean charge.
