Beautifully furnished to high standards, this stylish contemporary 8BR home is a delightful haven of peace and serenity offering comfort and entertainment in a luxurious setting.

The communication with Lynn was amazing from a host who lives out of the country. She always answered within minutes of my messages. From initial booking to checkin, advice on things to do while in town with website links attached and after checkout as well! The house was beautiful and clean! I have rented many houses in the area over the years and this is the only one that I wanted to leave a review for. Here are some things that seem small but can make a trip…We never ran out of hot water and had great water pressure. Many homes we have rented either the hot water ran out after just two showers or the water was only lukewarm. When 8 ppl need showers and usually at the same time this makes a big difference!We paid to have the pool heated and for once the water actually got warmer and the hot tub got hot! My kids swam every night. So many times I have paid to have pools heated at other homes and the water was still cold and the hot tub was tepid. Our pool nights here were so enjoyable.Towels, wash towels and pool towels were plentiful! 8 ppl for 10 days and sometimes 2 showers a day that adds up lol I have learned from past houses to bring extra towels from home because you usually have two towel sets per bedroom. This house had 4 or 5 sets per room. I never had to even use my towels from home!The beds were great with plenty of pillows and down comforters. Having a good mattress to sleep on while on vacation was great! We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

The bedrooms were all very comfortable and everything was meticulously clean. The pool and hot tub were very much enjoyed as was the games room. Our host, Lynn was incredible about quickly answering and arranging to fix the few small maintenance issues that can be expected in any house even though she was on vacation in Australia. She went above and beyond to arrange for us the have a Christmas tree. I would highly recommend any family to stay in Lynn's house. There were 10 of us aged 14-74 and we all were very happy with the house, amenities and location. Thank you Lynn, for being an exemplary host

Originally, we had a reservation with another host who canceled on us just two days before our trip due to unexpected property damage. We were stressed and scrambling—but then came Lynn and the Groovy Mouse House. Honestly, it felt like God placed her in our path.Lynn's home was not only available and more affordable, but her kindness, hospitality, and communication were off the charts. From the moment we booked, she made us feel welcomed and cared for—something we’ve never experienced quite like this before. Her place felt like home. Cozy, clean, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special.The amenities were amazing, and the location was perfect—close to Walmart, Publix, Keke’s Breakfast Café, and more. Perfect Orlando vacation

This house was everything we needed plus more. Every amenity we needed plus some. The location is perfect. Close to amusement parks and shopping. The host was extremely responsive and so very kind. The house is way larger than we expected and spotless. Highly recommended home and host!

Wonderful stay for the perfect family Disney vacation!

Lynn was a lovely host! She communicated well; making everything very accessible and easy! The house was spotless upon arrival, the pool was great for the children, as well as all the games, air hockey tables, etc. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept extremely well after walking all day at Disney. We had a very memorable family vacation! I am sad it is over now!

We were here for Disneyland and the location of this house is perfect. The house is comfortable. The pool was wonderful and there was more than enough room for a large family. The shower in the master bathroom downstairs has a slow flow rate but other than that everything was perfect

Wonderful house

Our family group of 10 was in town for the national collegiate dance competition at ESPN Wide Workd of Sports. This house was perfect for our stay. The beds were so comfortable! It was great to have the common areas to hang out together and play cards. Everyone exclaimed over how beautiful and comfortable the place was. We did not get access to the resort for amenities but we were busy with other things. Overall the place is terrific!

Somewhat disappointing

Several disappointments:1- The door code did not work and resulted in maintenance having to come and reset the lock and code three times.2- The garbage disposer was not working and had food in it. We had to have maintenance come on Thanksgiving Day to replace it.3- The refrigerator leaked water underneath and out onto the kitchen floor. We had to keep towels on the floor around it.4- The house advertised as sleeping 16, which is true. However silverware was limited to mostly 10-12 pieces, which was an issue on Thanksgiving.5- The master bath shower on 2nd floor had a fixed shower head pointed at the door, which made it difficult to get into the shower without getting water onto the floor.6- The temperature was warm the first two days of our stay and A/C couldn't keep the house cool. All our guests complained and we did keep the temp at 72 as requested.7- The kitchen was poorly equipped- old and partially broken pots and pans and a limited supply of utensils.8- The master bath on the first floor had very low water pressure, forcing those guests to shower in another bathroom.8- On a positive note, the concierge service Jeeves, was absolutely fabulous! They were responsive, courteous, and professional. In the booking process up until our arrival, the owner was very responsive to our inquiries.Overall, we wouldn't rent this property again.

Great family house

We spent 4 days at Disney and this property was very close to there and also to a walmart which was about 3 miles away on a local road and not having to get on an interstate to get to. Lots of local restaurants nearby. The only thing to be aware of if that the kids splash park/resort pool requires driving to across a busy road. QR code required to get into resort so lots of safety in area.

It’s very nice looking . Perfect for our family. Very clean and property management was very responsive . Modern property amazing location. That said here are a few negatives . Needs a little Maintenence , shower water heater doesn’t work well . Water pressure non existent , air jockey table barely blows air, and check your dates on the fridge water filter. Also , it costs extra per day if you want a heated pool or hot tub I didn’t read the fine print . Luckily we are in Florida so a heated pool isn’t super necessary

We had a great week. House was perfect for the 16 of us ranging in age from 5 to 70. We spent lots of quality time in the pool and hot tub. The water park was a great hit with the younger generation. House was clean, beds were comfortable and a great location. We had no problems.

Double celebration

This trip was only for a wedding, but with other family members in town and birthdays falling around the same time we made it a family trip. From booking to checking in was a smooth sailing. Lynn was awesome replied to every text messages and phone call. I must say i think this was the best house i have stayed at and that have to do with Lynn. She also surprised us with a cake because upon booking she i told her my cousin 1st birthday was on 7/31, the fact Lynn took the time to have a cake delivered to the house was the most thoughtful and generous act of kindness anyone could have done. Checking out was a breeze. I will stay at this house again as long as its available. Thank you Lynn for being such a great host.
