It was good that it was located near WDW, but there were many problems with the shower and key cards. The shuttle bus schedule was also not available, which was inconvenient. Despite that, they charged a resort fee.

They had dehumidifiers everyone as opposed to it being integrated to their central ac. It made the place seem tacky. There was a lot of stains around the lights. It was not just noticeable but very apparent. The bathroom was poorly lit, taking a bath/shower was not pleasant because of it. The main room only had 3 small lamps making the main room also very poorly lit. The TV had the worst channels available and the worst quality I have ever seen in a 3 star hotel. This place should be advertised as a dirty 2 star hotel.

coming into the property it was very hot and you can see maintenance have placed portable humidifier but the hallway was still warm. everything else was great there. i certainly will returned there, staff was very helpful

While certainly more affordable than many other options in the area, I probably wouldn’t come back. Our room was not very clean, with stains on the bed and carpet, as well as hair still in the bathtub. They charge an amenity fee per day, which I knew about before hand, but I don’t see how they can justify it. Sure they offer on site laundry, for $6 per load their “gym” has barely any equipment or weights, and no sanitizing cloths to wipe down equipment. Not sure I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was well appointed, but you can tell the maintenance it receives is minimal and very cost conscious. drywall repairs are patched with spackling but the texturing is not matched or painted. The walls are white, so I guess they think that is adequate. The poorly installed shower curtain bars hanging on a thread. rust vents painted over rather than being replaced. Not sure what the $22.70 resort fee is for, since it isn't a resort and they don't offer anything a similar property has. They aren't using it for repairs! Expedia needs to factor in "resort fees" in upfront pricing for sorting purposes. The party doors are very loose fitting and jiggle loudly when the main doors are opened. The adjoining neighbor heard his party door jiggling from us entering our room and he thought we were shaking his party door in an attempt to get in his unit and he started swearing at us. They need a tighter fit/ seal.

Hotel room was ok. We (my boyfriend and I) got there and checked in, the door was broken. We know it wasn’t the key because we tried it on another room and the door lit up, but our door was not lighting up at all. We notified the desk 3 different times about it and sat in the hallway of our room for about 30 minutes waiting for someone to help us. Finally someone showed up but did not speak english so was hard to communicate. Once we got into our room i noticed a certain spot on the carpet was wet, no clue what it was but quite disgusting stepping on an unknown liquid mushed into the carpet. There was gum stuck in the sink. There is no sleeping in. Both mornings woke up to neighbors slamming the door or kids YELLING and running down the hallway at 7 in the morning. Pool was infested with ants and other bugs. It was cheap and probably would stay again, but these were just our issues for our 2 night stay.

Stayed here but ended up checking out a day earlier than expected. At first glance it looks like a newer place but it shows its age. Some rust around the room on various metallic objects. Dehumidifiers to correct the dampness. I get it, it’s Florida. However the shower pressure was terrible. On my second day I had a dinner lined up with several friends and I went to take a shower. Absolutely no hot water. I notified the front desk and they seemed apathetic. I ended up having to take a cold shower in order to get ready in time. I was turned off by that and ended up staying at a friend’s house for the remainder of my Florida trip. It’s sad when they charge you a “resort” fee and yet they can’t produce hot water for bathing. Money down the drain, no pun intended. I’ll definitely be looking at other options for my next stay, as I’m down there quite often.

Upon arrival, I was under the impression that I paid everything through the Expedia app, and only needed to pay the $20/day resort fee upon checking into the property. Be advised that you will also be charged a $100 fee, that will be on ‘hold’ for any possible damages to the room, and will be returned to you after you checkout. Staff was nice, and room was clean! We didn’t take a vehicle, nor did we utilize the shuttle service the hotel offers but Uber was convenient and non-expensive to travel to/from the Disney Parks & Universal Studios! Growing up traveling, hotel breakfast was always one of my favorites, but this truly was NOT it. Stale eggs and stale sausage patties, although the waffles and toast were great. There’s no variety when it comes to what is served, but I guess it’s a plus to not having to pay daily for breakfast, as one would at other hotels. If you’re looking for a room to ‘just sleep,’ in while you spend the entirety of your day at a park, I would recommend this property to you! Other than that, invest in your hospitality stay.
