Sunsplash Villa is our own luxury pool home located in one of the best areas of Orlando. It is only 15 minutes from Disney main gate and just an hours drive to either the East or West coasts. With almost 2400 living accommodation, air conditioned throughout and furnished to a high standard our villa features:

The private, heated pool and sundeck make it an ideal location to relax and recharge your batteries after a long day at the theme parks.
Further nearby activities include canoeing and cycling at Lake Louisa, endless fishing and excellent golf.
For the evenings you will find a number of fantastic bars and restaurants just a short drive on HW192 as well as a number of take-out services delivered to your door.
The Family Room
Lovely open plan room with vaulted ceilings and sliding doors out to the pool area. Carpeted and furnished to a high standard with entertainment provided through on-demand cable TV/DVD player. To keep you in touch we have provided free WIFI and a telephone with free national calls.

Situated at the front of the villa where the feature window attracts the early morning sun
Kitchen
With a tiled floor and vaulted ceiling our kitchen provides all that is needed for a self-catering vacation including:
cooker/hob with built-in microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender etc.
Laundry Area
Adjacent to the garage this area has a washing machine, dryer, iron with ironing board together with all the spare towels and bedding that you may need.
Ground Floor Master
Looking on to the pool this large suite is carpeted and has a King size bed, night stands, dressing table and five drawer chest. The room is equipped a mult-channel TV/DVD player, clock radio, reading lamps and a ceiling fan.
The en-suit bathroom has a double corner bath with separate shower, large mirror, vanitory unit, feature lighting and hair dryer.
The outer door leads onto the pool so is ideally suited for use as a changing room/toilet when the pool is in use.
This master also has a large walk-in wardrobe with shelving, hanging rails (plus hangers) and a floor safe.
First Floor Master
This suit has the same floor plan as the other master including the en-suite and walk-in wardrobe but has a King size bed.
Ground Floor Double
Fully furnished with a Queen size bed and having a built-in wardrobe. This room has direct access to a bathroom/shower. It is equipped with multi-channel TV/DVD player, clock radio and overhead fan.
First Floor Twin Rooms (two)
Both rooms have twin beds and access to a toilet/shower room (Jack&Jill) and are equipped with multi-channel TVs/DVD players, clock radios and overhead fans
The Pool Area
Facing West the rear of the villa has a 30x15 private pool with underwater lighting and all-round sun deck.
Screened to guard against unwanted insects it can be heated when needed during the colder months.
The covered area (lanai) has lighting and an overhead fan, poolside table, chairs and loungers.
There is a pool safety net to prevent small children from entering the pool unsupervised which can be removed if not required.
The whole area is surrounded by a hedge to provide additional privacy.
Games Room
The garage accommodates a games room with air hockey/pool table, electronic darts and foostable.
As our home is privately owned and is managed and maintained to the highest standard by a very reputable management company.
