Welcome to Westside Serenity Villa, a beautifully decorated 5-bedroom, 4-bath retreat in the sought-after gated community of Windsor at Westside. Perfectly designed for comfort and convenience, this villa offers everything you need for an unforgettable Orlando vacation.

Inside, the bright and open floor plan features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious great room, and dining area—ideal for enjoying family meals or relaxing after a day at the parks. The home comfortably accommodates guests with a variety of sleeping arrangements, including a king suite, two bedrooms with full-size beds, a twin/full bedroom, and a bedroom with 2 twins. Each bedroom, along with the living room, is equipped with flat-screen HDTVs. Free local calls, high-speed WiFi, and a washer and dryer are included for your convenience.

• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Tvs was not the size in the pictures, NOOO TV'S WORKED THE WHOLE STAY, LIVING ROOM LIGHTS DIDN'T WORK, NO GAME ROOM. AND THE NEIGHBOR CALLED SECURITY AND POLICE ON THE WHOLE NEIGHBORHOOD. I WATCH TV THREW THE WINDOW.SMH. VACATION RENTALS SHOULD NOT BE WITH RESIDENTS THAT LIVE THERE, PPL COME TO HAVE FUN, AND MY BIRTHDAY WAS RUINED!

I would not stay here again

We’ve stayed at many rental houses in Florida and loved almost all of them, all but this. This place is managed by a large company and it definitely shows. We arrived on a Saturday late at night after our flight to an unmanned gate. A gated community sounds like a great idea, until it’s 11:30 P.M. and you cannot get into your rental house. After piggybacking through the gate with another guest we finally arrived. Once we finally settled into bed we were awoken by a flock of Roosters behind the house at 4:30 every morning. We also were welcomed to the cold pool, hot tub and lack of a grill which we already paid and asked for in advance. The only way we were able to get these was contacting the company, which is conveniently only open Monday-Friday. On top of the lack of communication, rooster and a cold pool, one of the beds had a large bed bug infestation. When asked they came out and said they fixed the issue, yet all the bugs were still found, biting in the bed. Overall, we were not impressed with the property, or how the management dealt with the issues we arrived to.

False Advertising

Our overall impression of the property was good; however, there were a few false advertising issues of which we were not happy. The property was described as a five bedroom/ five bathroom house with game room and games. There was no game room or games. There were four bathrooms instead of five. The fifth bathroom was not an issue; however, we were looking forward to using the game room. The listing stated there are two king suites, there is only one king bed. There were two holes in the wall leading up to the staircase. One of the neighbors had a rooster that started crowing every morning at 3:00 a.m for hours. We also heard a horse neighing . None of the bathrooms had a bathtub, only showers. The floor of the shower in the master bathroom is very slippery, as a matter of fact, I slipped and fell on my back. Although it was stated that pets are not allowed, the living room sofa and bed in the master bedroom smelled like a dog. I would probably stay there again since I know what or what not to expect.

Villa was very spacious and in a nice complex

Check in details were not correct as there was a gate which I neither had the code or new to go to the complex reception (not advised before arriving). Pool heating I requested was not on. No information booklet about property just the brief cardboard stands. There was not clothes horse to dry washing that could not be tumbled dried. The property itself was lovely and clean inside
