**House Rules**
* Check-in is at 4:00 PM.
* Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* The primary renter must be 21 years of age or older.

**Important Information**
To enhance your stay, the following optional services are available. Please request them in advance.
* **Pool Heat:** For the private pool, heating is available for $30.00 + tax per night. This must be requested for the entire duration of your stay at least 48 hours prior to check-in.
* **Barbecue Grill:** A grill can be provided for a flat fee of $65.00 + tax for the stay. This includes one tank of propane and final cleaning.
* **Concierge Services:** We can assist with package delivery and arranging rentals for items like park tickets, grocery shopping, and more.
