I rented the home for the pool area and it was very nasty. The floor was stained with black spots that needed mopping. The patio floor needed a broom and a mop. Spider webs were not taken down. This home does not need carpet if they are not going to clean it, carpet is throughout the house and it is dark in the walk areas. They only give you one towel per bed, no wash cloths or hand towels. Each bathroom has one hand towel on the sink with soap and makeup wipe.They do not provide stoppers for the sink for dishes nor any type of dish soap. The communication between the owner sucks really bad do not expect to email or talk to them through the vrbo app, two weeks and no answer. The wrong door code was given and we were all left to stand on a cramped porch for almost 2hrs till vrbo contacted the owner to let them know we couldn't get in. After we arrived at the property 45 mins early and was told we had to wait till 4pm. We did not use their silverware or dishes. Just make sure you bring everything you need at home because this house has nothing. And just a FYI the AC box is locked and the temperature is set at 72 so bring blankets from home. This was a stay from hellllllllllll!!!!
