Welcome to Champions Fairway Villa, a luxurious retreat located in the renowned gated community of Champions Gate. This exceptional villa features 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests, making it perfect for family groups or a golfing getaway.

The main level features a fully equipped kitchen designed with style and functionality, boasting granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy casual meals at the breakfast island seating or host a lovely dinner in the formal dining area.

Entertainment awaits! The villa includes a dedicated games room where you can challenge your group to a round of pool or foosball.

Step outside to your private oasis. Soak up the Florida sunshine in the private screened-in pool, complete with sun loungers and outdoor patio furniture. For peace of mind, a child safety pool fence is installed.

• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 3-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Management company was unresponsive and rude

This was the worst experience we have had renting a vacation rental home on VRBO. We had several issues with the rental home and the management company, such as: 1) Only 1 of the 8 TV's were working when we arrived. We contacted the management company to resolve the problem. They were extremely rude on the phone and we had to fight just to get them to come out and ATTEMPT to resolve the problem. There exact comment was " at least you have 1 working TV". When they finally came out for the repair they were very rude and unprofessional to the point we had to ask them to leave without resolving the problem. The worst customer service experience we have ever had in a rental home. 2) The kitchen was not equipped for a week long stay. There were no kitchen rags at all, no baking pans, only had 1 frying pan and 1 pot. We had to make a run to the store just to cook breakfast. 3) Found dead roached in the silverware drawer. 4) The living room furniture was not adequate for 7 guest. 5) The WiFi information posted in the house was incorrect. That is some of the problems that we encountered during out stay. Hoping this helps to bring needed awareness for the rental home and management company to improve.

Absolutely Wonderful

There were 10 of us (5 different families) staying in this house for a week. It was perfect for accommodating us. The only thing I would say was that the wifi was not strong enough to accommodate all the people in the house but certainly not a deal breaker. Would recommend this house any time!

Excellent villa, spotless and beautiful

Had a great time staying here for 2 weeks with the full family all 8 of us and there was plenty of room. Villa is in a great location and very close to the oasis complex which was great to go to as well. Would definitely come back to stay at this villa for our next visit.

Everything with the house was as advertised. Only issue was the cable TV in the upstairs master bedroom didn’t work. Called on Saturday morning. By the time we left on Thursday it still had not been fixed or even looked at by maintenance.

Beautiful Home..Wonderful Community!!

I enjoyed staying in this home. It was definitely enough space for our family of 8 adults and 4 children. There wasn’t a lot of kitchen ware but we managed to cook our meals. The home was well maintained and clean when we arrived. Plenty of dishes!! But with kids we decided to use paper plates. We did notice upon arrival that they probably just washed the towels; because they were all damp so we had to put them in the drier for a bit longer which wasn’t a problem. Everything worked in the home so we were very happy about that! Plenty of TVs for the family to enjoy, and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed having our own Jacuzzi/pool; and paid for the heating service. Just to take the chill off the pool, and have a warm Jacuzzi for our achy bones. But the water got so “HOT” it had to be over a 100 degrees in the Jacuzzi and THE POOL!! We had to turn it off!! Also, after a few days the water and the bottom of the Jacuzzi/pool turned green; so we called for maintenance who came promptly; and said that the pool hadn’t been properly chemically treated; and filter hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Because of this, we couldn’t not use the pool for almost 2 days during our stay while being chemically treated. We did make use of the community Jacuzzi/pool, and the kids had a lot of fun!! The game room is not has pictured any longer. One of the attendants said that they had to get rid of it because parents were just dropping off their kids unattended. The home didn’t come with a grill which I would have liked to have; because we were there the week of the 4th of July. I am sure we probably could have rented one, but I didn’t inquire we just made the best of it. The homes are really close; and the driveways are not very long in this neighborhood; so parking can be alittle tight if you have more then 2 cars. We did make friends with our neighbors. Bottom line....everything was manageable and nothing ruined our vacation, so I would recommend this home in the Champion Gate Community

Beautiful!!!

This home was our dream home away from home. It was everything they claimed it would be. We were a party of 10 and never felt like we were on top of each other or in each others way. It was sparkling clean and very well maintained and cared for. I would have given it 5 stars and the only reason I did not is because we were down there on business and were without internet service for the whole six days we were there. We called a number of times and the problem was never resolved. We all used all of our data, which you all know could cost a pretty penny, so for that, we were not satisfied. The other issue was that the upstairs hall bathrooms water pressure was horrible so we were down the one shower because no one wanted to use it. Other than that, I would definitely rent this property again. And definitely recommend it. Thank you for your hospitality.
