After full days out exploring, you return to a comfortable townhouse where everyone can spread out, recharge, and enjoy time together. With Disney just moments away and a gated setting surrounded by a conservation area, your stay balances excitement with calm.



The space

This entire townhouse is designed for groups who want shared moments and personal space. The home features four bedrooms and multiple bathrooms, making it easy for everyone to settle in comfortably. A downstairs master bedroom offers a separate entry, ideal for added privacy, while an upstairs master suite opens to a private balcony where you can unwind at the end of the day. Secondary bedrooms feature Disney-style decor and twin beds, creating a playful setting for younger guests.



Sleeping arrangements

You will find two master bedrooms with queen beds, along with additional bedrooms furnished with twin beds. The layout works well for families and mixed-age groups, offering flexibility without crowding.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to relaxed dinners at home. There is space to cook your own meals and gather around the dining table for shared conversations before heading out or winding down for the night.

Step outside to enjoy the patio or balcony, or fire up the BBQ grill for an easy evening meal. Beyond the home, you have access to shared community amenities, including a pool, hot tub, gym, clubhouse, arcade, cyber cafe, sauna, sport courts, and playgrounds. Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to all Resort amenities. You can park up to 3 vehicles in the street in front of the property, there's a fee of $20.00 per vehicle coming to the property, this fee is for the car pass emission + resort fee.



The Neighborhood:

Emerald Island Resort is a prestigious gated & guarded community located on Disney's doorstep. Surrounded by a Conservation Area, it encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Within minutes of Walt Disney World and a short drive to shopping and dining, this 'island' serves as a haven from the larger world while remaining central to everything the world's most popular destination has to offer. Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
