Whether you’re relaxing by the private pool, watching a movie in the home theater, or letting the kids have a blast in the karaoke and game room, this villa provides endless entertainment for the whole family. Outside, you can unwind in the screened patio, soak in the spa, and even enjoy a movie night under the stars with the custom outdoor theater—unique to this home!
This villa is ideally located just a 4-minute walk from the Oasis Clubhouse and only a short drive to other attractions, shopping, and dining. The Oasis Club features multiple pools, waterslides, a lazy river, a kids’ splash zone, and a tiki bar, while The Retreat offers additional exclusive amenities to make your stay even more special.
The Space:
Our spacious 8-bedroom, 5-bathroom villa is designed for comfort and fun. We’ve thoughtfully planned this home to provide both privacy and communal spaces for everyone in your group to enjoy.
Sleeping Arrangements:
• 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor
• 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the 2nd floor
• Sleeps 18 comfortably in a mix of King, Queen, and Twin-sized beds
Entertainment Areas:
• Home Theater Room: Watch your favorite movies in a cozy, private space with comfortable seating. Perfect for winding down after a long day at the parks.
• Karaoke & Game Room: Kids and adults will love this space, featuring an Xbox One (guests must bring their own games, controllers, and charging cords) and karaoke equipment for endless fun. Sing your heart out or challenge each other to a game night.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: For those who like to cook, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for your group, including appliances, cookware, and utensils.
Outdoor Living:
• Private Pool & Spa: Enjoy the Florida sunshine in your own pool or unwind in the spa, which heats 5-10°F warmer when jets are on. The pool can also be heated for an additional fee of $30/day.
• Screened Patio: The entire patio is screened, ensuring a comfortable outdoor experience free from bugs. It includes a dining table, comfortable seating area, and plenty of space to relax while watching the kids splash in the pool.
• Child Safety Fence: For peace of mind, the pool area is enclosed with a safety fence to protect young children.
Exclusive Outdoor Pool Theater:
This outdoor cinema is one of the only rental properties in the area to offer this unique feature. Perfect for movie nights under the stars, this private theater area comes with a projector, screen, and three controllers. Enjoy your favorite movies or sports in the comfort of your own villa! Guests must take care of the equipment, and it will be checked after each stay. Please note that a $1,500 fee will be charged if any equipment is damaged or missing, so please be mindful during your stay.

In addition to the incredible amenities at your villa, you’ll have access to two fantastic resort areas: The Oasis Club and The Retreat. These exclusive resorts offer something for everyone, from relaxing poolside to playing pickleball or enjoying water slides.

Please note:
• Games and controllers for the karaoke and game room are not provided. Guests should bring their own games, controllers, and charging cords.
• The spa is heated to the same temperature as the pool by default, and additional heating is available for the pool for an extra fee.
• Guests are responsible for treating all equipment—especially in the outdoor theater area—carefully. Any damage or missing equipment will result in a replacement fee.
