This 5-bedroom, 4-bath townhouse in Storey Lake has 2,168 square feet across two floors, laid out so a group of 13 can spread out instead of taking turns. The open living area runs into the kitchen and the dining table, and the sliding doors open onto a screened pool deck that belongs to this house alone, which is where everyone lands after a day at Magic Kingdom. Two bedrooms were built for the children: one wall carries a full Minions construction-site mural with the bunk bed under it, and the other has Mickey and Minnie standing beside the window over a wall of black-and-white Mickey graffiti print. Two of the five bedrooms have their own bathroom, so the morning line never forms. The kitchen is set up for real cooking, with a full-size range, dishwasher and an island with four stools for breakfast before the gates open, and the washer and dryer inside the home mean you pack light and fly back with clean clothes.

Resort Amenities

Storey Lake is a gated community with 24-hour access and two clubhouses. The resort pool has a lazy river and a water slide, with a splash zone beside it for the smaller kids. There is a fitness center, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, mini golf for an extra fee, a game room, a restaurant and a tiki bar, plus kayaks on the lake. Most of it is a short walk or a two-minute drive from the front door.

Storey Lake is a gated resort community in Kissimmee with 24-hour access, built around a lake and two clubhouses. Walt Disney World is 12 to 18 minutes by car, Universal Orlando 20 to 30 minutes, and Orlando International Airport (MCO) 20 to 25 minutes. A Walmart for groceries is 6 to 10 minutes away and Vineland Premium Outlets 10 to 15 minutes. Restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets line the corridor just outside the gate, so a forgotten item never costs you an afternoon.
The community sits on the 192 East corridor, which feeds directly into the routes toward Walt Disney World, Universal and SeaWorld. Free parking is available on site, in the lot right in front of the house, with room for more than one car. A car is the practical way to move around Orlando; rideshare services and rental companies operate across the whole area for guests who prefer not to drive.
