Everything is an extra. Want the pool warm? You have to pay extra.
The check in process was easy. We were sent the code for the door and gate a few days before.
Only issue was the barcode reader for the gate sucks and you end up spending 5 minutes trying to get it to open.
We got to the house late at night as our flight was delayed. It was a Friday night and we were only there until Tuesday. Quick relaxing trip.
The fridge was making a terrible noise like the fan in the back was grinding against something. The freezer would not keep things frozen (probably because of whatever the grinding noise is) and the ice machine in the fridge is not enabled to make ice. The TV in the living room would not turn on.
I sent a message late Friday night to let the management company know. I got an automated response saying a ticket had been created. Needless to say after following up twice a day for the 4 days. No one came.
They love to send you a million and one text messages and emails to join their time share and leave a great review. One message even stated we could stay another night if we wanted to.
The house was not cleaned or inspected as stated on the little paper below the tv as we found a vape under the edge of the bed and pill bottles in a drawer in the princess room.
There was a cockroach crawling in the wall one night, which can be normal in Florida due to the moisture etc, but every vacation home I've stayed in sprays for this. There was no indication of that.
