The Space:

Welcome to this bright two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in Storey Lake Resort, Kissimmee, with high-speed Wi-Fi, comfortably sleeping 6.



SLEEPING: a master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with double sinks, glass-enclosed shower and walk-in closet, and a kids' themed second bedroom with two twin-size bunk beds. A full bathroom with double sinks and bathtub is off the hallway.

LIVING: an open layout with a modern, fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar seating three, a dining area for 6 and a cozy living room with sofa and accent chairs, cable and Smart TV. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Two parking spaces.

OUTDOORS: a balcony with seating, a refreshing lake view and evening lights.

RESORT: full access to Storey Lake's amenities – clubhouse, lazy river, water slides and pools – all within walking distance of the condo.



LOCATION: on Osceola Parkway at SR 535, a short ride to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, the Orange County Convention Center and nearby shopping, dining and nature trails.

The Neighborhood:

The Storey Lake Resort will make every guest’s stay memorable. The amenities include a state-of-the-art clubhouse with a fitness center, business center, kitchen, and day spa. The clubhouse features a lazy river, putting green, a playground, a splash park, a resort style swimming pool, a tiki bar with a myriad of popular cold drinks and delicious snacks, and a volleyball court. There are also multiple sports courts to enjoy within the community.



Ideally located on Osceola Pkwy and SR 535, it offers a short ride to explore nearby shopping and dining options, many nature trails, conservation areas, the Orlando Orange Convention Center, and entertainment options too… Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and much more!



Getting Around:

Getting around the area is most convenient by car, as the resort's location near Osceola Parkway and State Road 535 provides quick, easy access to major highways. We provide two dedicated parking spaces for your convenience during your stay. While public transportation options are limited in this resort area, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available and offer a reliable way to reach theme parks and local attractions. Orlando International Airport is approximately a thirty-minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

BOOKING YOUR STAY:

You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.





BEFORE CHECKING IN:

Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.



AMENITIES:

* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available upon request.

* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).

* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.

* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.

* Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE:

We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Pets are not allowed

- Smoking is not allowed indoors

- Pool and Spa heater is an additional fee and it must be requested

- The resort charges a $10 fee for deliveries

- USPS does not ship to this address and we are not responsible for unattended packages
