This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Runaway Beach Club covers 1,066 square feet and sleeps eight: two in the King suite, four in the bedroom with two Full beds and two on the living room sofa bed. Living room, dining area and kitchen share one open space, so whoever is cooking stays in the conversation, and the breakfast bar with four stools takes care of the kids' cereal while the table for six is still being set. Color does the decorating here: a brick-pattern wall behind the TV, mustard ottomans, a sage green wall in the dining area and an accent wall in each bedroom. The front door is your own private entrance, with no lobby to cross, and the washer and dryer inside the condo mean you pack light and fly home with clean clothes.

Runaway Beach Club is a gated community in Kissimmee, in the Disney area, laid out around a lake with a fountain, a dock and gazebos. Guests have access to the community pool, the children's splash pool with water arches, the hot tub, the fitness center and the sports court, so the day nobody can face another line at the parks still has somewhere to go.

The shared areas of Runaway Beach Club are open to you: the community pool, the children's splash pool, the hot tub, the fitness center, the sports court and the gazebos by the lake. There is an exterior security camera at the entrance of the condo.

Our team is based in Orlando, not managing your stay from another time zone, and is reachable 24/7 by message and phone, with support in several languages. We answer questions about the house, the resort gate, park tickets, dining and transportation, and we sort out the things that do not follow the plan, such as a flight that lands after midnight or a payment that needs another route.

During your stay the whole condo belongs to your group. Access instructions are sent before check-in at 4 pm, so you can drive straight to the condo with no front desk to stop at, and check-out is at 10 am.

Runaway Beach Club is a gated community in Kissimmee, in the Disney area, with pastel buildings in pink, yellow, green and turquoise, palm trees and a lake with a fountain at its center. It is a few minutes from I-4 and a short drive from the main gate of Walt Disney World, with the outlet malls, SeaWorld, International Drive and Universal Studios along the same routes. A Walmart Supercenter sits in front of the community, handy for stocking the kitchen on arrival day.

A rental car is the practical way to get around: the condo has outdoor parking in front of the building, and the community is a few minutes from I-4, the highway that leads to the Disney and Universal park entrances and to the shopping areas. Rideshare services operate in the area for the days when nobody wants to drive.
