PROVISIONS: High speed Wi-Fi, basic cable, parking, bed linens, towels, and toiletries are provided free for all guests during your stay.

HOUSE CATERING. We provide several essentials to make your stay feel more at home when you arrive. These include: several rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each full bathroom, paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent / dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans. These will not be replenished and additional supplies that are needed will have to be purchased by the guest.

HOUSEKEEPING: No daily housekeeping service will be provided; however, before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket or from the convenience store inside the club house.

POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function effectively with temperatures near or below 50 degrees.

BBQ Grill: A BBQ grill is available for use at no additional cost. Additional cleaning fee applies. / lighting fluid, etc.)

STAIRS. Climbing stairs is required for access to the bedrooms on the second floor.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

WEEKLY MAINTENANCE: Weekly maintenance for pool cleaning/ chemicals maintenance will occur during weekdays. Access to this area will be required by the professional cleaning company. Times will be coordinated with guests to minimize impact.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED where owner has to send someone out to fix or repair or pay extra for cleaning.

DELIVERIES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• You may receive packages at the home address during your stay. The packages will be delivered to the clubhouse and you will be charged $10 per package. Please ensure ample time for delivery as there will be no forwarding of packages.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Please note that due to COVID restrictions in certain areas, the community amenities for this property may not be available or may be limited. These restrictions are out of our control and therefore we cannot be held responsible. Please understand these rules are in place for the safety of all residents and guests.
Other things to note
House Rules

TRAVELERS: Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

SMOKING POLICY: No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, vaping, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.

GUESTS POLICY: Only the number of guests listed in your reservation are allowed. The community requires the specific list of guest names to allow entry for security reasons. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

EVENTS POLICY: No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm as per the community rules. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

PET POLICY: This is a pet-friendly property. We allow 1 pet not to exceed 50 lbs. Pets are allowed with prior authorization and an extra cleaning fee applies. All pets must be kept on the leash at all times when outside of the townhouse confines and the enclosed portion of the yard. Other community restrictions may apply.

DAMAGE POLICY: Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

CHECK-IN POLICY: Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.

LAYOUT POLICY: Please avoid moving or re-arranging of furniture inside the home.
