« This was a small room. Fine for one person, but could be a nuisance for a pair if they have significant luggage. The shower is cramped. Easy to get in. I didn't initially realize there were more supplies in the office downstairs (soap, creamer, etc.). There is also a general store & gas less than a mile to the west. The location is a bit further from both Acadia and Bar Harbor than most options, but not significantly so where you'd have to really plan for extra time to get anywhere. The nearby...

« We stayed 2 nights while visiting Acadia. We wanted to be away from the craziness of Bar Harbor
 this location satisfied this need. Check in and communication were great. We stayed in room 7. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Only minor issues that I would want others to consider is
 1) proximity to the highway is very close, which is apparent when I look back at the website pics. It wasn’t an issue for me, as I wear earplugs anyway, but I did hear a siren once, as it is that close....

« My kids and I absolutely loved our stay. Everything was so nice and comfortable. My only teeny tiny complaint was that the hot tub was a little yucky in daylight, with a ring around the top and a bit of hair in the foam. My kids did not care though!! All around, lovely stay. »

« Nous n’avons que peu dormi 2 jours sur 4 Ă  cause des voisins en party ou arrivĂ©s ds la nuit et faisant beaucoup de vacarme 

dĂ©plorable ! J’étais sur ce site pour me reposer en vacances et faisions bcp de vĂ©lo le jour au Parc Acadia ! C’était magique ! Le BBQ du Mercredi soir Ă  peu de frais Ă©tait trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ© ! Nous aurions apprĂ©ciĂ© savoir qui Ă©tait responsable de l’endroit pour sentir qu’un responsable tenait compte de la quiĂ©tude du site ! Sinon , l’endroit Ă©tait plus que parfait

« This is such a unique property. The attitude and helpfulness of all the staff and the owners makes you feel like you have known them forever. The main house is open 24 hours for access to a full kitchen, living room, sitting room, office setup, laundry room and hot tub. There are snacks for guests (and their pups) out all the time, and a great fire pit with wood and fire starters which we used both nights of our stay. Property is an older site but insides are immaculate and cozily decorated. »

« We had an amazing trip and the property lived up to the billing. Check in was a breeze. The code worked on the door the first time. The room was clean and spacious.
