A cosy penthouse is available for rent in the urbanisation "Dream Hills", located in the Los Altos area in Orihuela Costa. The 75 m2 apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms (one with a bath, the other with a shower cabin), a separate kitchen, and a terrace. There is access to the roof, which can be used for drying clothes and as a solarium. Everything necessary for living and relaxation is provided: furniture (including summer furniture for the terrace), household appliances, crockery, bed linen, and towels. Spanish television is available. Both bedrooms have air conditioning in addition to ceiling fans, and the living room has only a ceiling fan. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The urbanisation has a swimming pool with its own green area. Accommodation is possible for up to six people (no pets!). Smoking is only allowed outside the house! The area has well-developed infrastructure: approximately 300 metres to ALDI supermarket, 2000 metres to the sea and the best beaches in the Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, and Campoamor areas, numerous cosy bars and restaurants in the vicinity, and 3000 metres to the large shopping centre "La Zenia Boulevard". When renting this property, it is best to rent a vehicle as well.Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. An additional fee of 20 euros will be charged for check-in or check-out outside the company/office working hours, on Sundays, weekends, and holidays. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros must be paid upon check-in.
